"I had paid to have an upgrade to a strip view in the Palace, however when checking in the man stated I had a pool view and my room was not blocked for the strip view, even though my receipt said strip view. They did change my room but it really was not a strip view. It was overall an okay room. Carpet looked dirty and run down. Only one pool was open, they stated renovations but nobody was working on anything. Friendly pool attendants. Great location for shopping and browsing around. "
