Everything is overly expensive at hotel. Good luck getting your room cleaned and clean towels. You have to call housekeeping to get clean towels.

The amount of children walking around at all hours was a bit too much. Came to Vegas for a vacation and wasn’t expecting that many children everywhere I turned. The parents kept walking them right through the casino with all the smoking, cussing, and drunk people…to me that was insane and inappropriate.

It was a nice stay. Loved the view so I thank the attendant for handing us a nice room. I would say room service could be a bit better, but other than that it was a nice stay.

No fridge in the room except for the disability room and they charge extra $25 for the fridge and it’s very hot State. Do not make any sense in the room do not have refrigerator. Hello to the Manager men! I’m still waiting for my deposit for the hotels!! It’s been more than 3 to 6 business days. The front lady was very nice impolite, but she let me swap my Credit card more than 4-5 times and then shows in my bank. There’s a painting, the same amount of the money for five times!! I keep telling her shows me my account says approve, but she keeps saying didn’t go through. Anyway, I do like to stay in hotel every year when I go to business convention, but the standard of the service should be getting better not lower.

Fairly easy to navigate with a central location to work off of. Easy access to food court although very expensive. Knights of the Round Table was a good show. Very noisy and music way to loud to have a conversation with anyone. Staff in all was not friendly. The dealers at the poker tables seemed not to care. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude and not helpful with questions. Very much NO CARE attitude. Later that evening talked to another person at the check in desk and she was much more helpful and pleasent.

The housekeeper needs to clean the room and obey the request for the guest. The noises was horrible. The pool behind the big rocks was very dirty The area for the dogs was very dirty, people let behind the poo from their dogs the casin very small and not a lot a grate machines I will never recommend this hotel . Please MGM do something for the visitors, the tourists need a better place to enjoy the stay. pleaseeeee. Thanks
