"Our lunch on our arrival date was not as smooth as I expected. The server seemed new, maybe? and the bartender couldn't get one of our drinks to taste as it should. We were 4 but our server never noticed we only had 2 place settings so we had to get up and get them ourselves. Breakfast the next day was fine but again a bit off. One person asked for Earl Gray tea but was told they were out of it. However there was plenty in the station as you walk in where you get get your own coffee and tea. ...

"Hotel checkin was great. I received glass of lineup on check in.And because our room was not ready.We were granted access to the pool area. We received upgraded rooms, which were fabulous.Even larger than the ones we booked with very nice outdoor shower bathtub and fire pit. The staff was very accommodative, and we felt well taken care of."

"The property was recently remodeled and was beautiful. We enjoyed the views of the marina from the outside decks which offered dining and drinking options. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and nicely updated. We took advantage of the limousine service to downtown. The driver, Gerard, was very friendly and very knowledgable about the town. He took us to a local restaurant that we loved and then promptly picked us up after we called him."

"I expected a full list of exercise opportunities to be available. The few exercise offered without paying extra were full our first day. What was offered in amazing abundance were weird yoga and mindfulness meditations. The almost total absence of male guests was weird. The plantings were interesting and attractive but I found the architecture oppressive and industrial. In had to leave to see any of the beautiful surrounding desert.
