"I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. "I had to call to get the door code as their system failed to send me any texts, calls, or emails. House was fine however at the very minimum they could have cleaned off the ice from the steps. The drive way required 4x4 as it was uphill and straight ice. The walk way from the drive way to the house was all ice and the steps had at least 2 inches of ice on each."

"First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. "We really enjoyed our stay but there were a couple of issues… The kitchen sink did not work. We reported it on the day of our arrival but it wasn’t repaired during our week long stay. Also, we could not find enough towels for the 7 of us. It wasn’t until a couple of days later we found towels stuffed inside the dryer. There is a fireplace but you’ll need to go purchase your own firewood. It really is a very nice home and we would return. Hopefully next time the sink works ☺️"
