"Upon arrival everything was great. Reservation clerk was great in giving an upgrade in hotel accommodations (celebrating 31st wedding anniversary). However later that evening discovered room television wasn't operating and hvac system in room was knocking throughout the evening. Was unable to reach anyone for hours to assist by ohone (housekeeping, room service, front desk) and when going to front desk - no one available to assist. "Very air bnb like. You get your code to your room without seeing anyone on the property. Our specific door was almost impossible to close which kept us on edge. The location was very convenient and accessible to get around town but overall this place was just okay. Could’ve been worse but wasn’t too great."

The front desk staff was friendly, hooking my 9 year old up with some AP swag and getting us off tomorrow room quickly. Speaking of rooms, ours was HUGE!
