"The only unique thing about that rat hole was leaving. Loose toilet seat, black mold in the shower area, and an air conditioner that could use some help..Overall it sucked."

"Bathroom tub and sink did not drain properly,water accumulated in both the bathtub while showering and bathroom sink while shaving,also needed to close bathroom door due to constant noise coming from bathroom ceiling ventilation."

"We got there about an hours after earliest check in and we got out in a dirty room!! It literally wasn’t even cleaned after the last people stayed. We dropped off our bags and went to the boardwalk until later at night so we didn’t realize until later that night. There was rice all in the bed sheets, rice on the counters in the bathroom and some kind of meat. The soaking tub was dirty and had hair all over it. The shower didn’t drain property and would start fill up with water within seconds!!...

"I opted for the Junior suite because of the available living area in addition to the close proximity to the beach. After checking in I requested an accommodation with a better view and the hotel was gracious enough to accommodate me. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Resorts Hotel and, the easy access to boardwalk was a definite plus. My only recommendation would be larger TVs in the suites because when you’re relaxing in bed, the size coupled with the location of the TV makes it difficult...

"I booked a king bedroom and when I arrived I got a double queen and I was told that the AC isn’t working in the one I booked, and I said well that isn’t my fault and I was ignored by the front desk guy and after I said you didn’t answer my question of how I will be compensated he just said talk to the person at front desk in the morning! When I spoke to front desk in the morning she said her manager will call me and no one called me and the room windows are very dirty and the room smells old"
