"We like the hotels quick food options, plenty of slots and game tables to accommodate many people. Room was clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was great and friendly. We love the location of the hotel/casino. Very convenient to get to all of the other hotels. The beach was clean and I liked that they had places to put trash right nearby. "Let me start off by saying this, I was really wowed by the photos I had seen and I was very excited to use the pool. However, when we entered our room there was an intense smell of urine. Despite it looking clean we could not determine where the smell could be coming from. We attempted to disguise the smell with a air freshener but that didn't cover up the stench. "Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes. It looked okay upon entering but after sleeping in the bed we noticed visible stains on the sheets (red and yellow). The parking...

"Room was outdated, rugs were dirty and had lots of stains. Bathroom walls had wallpaper that was tearing apart. Towels were old and had holes in them. The bar on the second floor was never open. Has a restaurant called Tun, food was 0/10, not able to eat at all. For us has been the worst experience."
