"It was my first time staying there and i actually really liked it and would want to stay again. The only thing that was bad was the vent in our bathroom was so loud it sounded like an airplane. We had called about it and the maintenance guy came and said there was nothing to do that they have to keep them on because of a fine they had gotten in the past. Even with the bathroom door shut it was really loud and hard to sleep. Supposedly this is just in the south tower which is where our room was....

"The hotel has more rooms than parking spaces, so we were not able to park at the hotel the first night. They do not offer complimentary coffee to the guests or provide pots for them to make it. There were no towels bars in the bathroom. The light switch was on the outside of the bathroom. There was only 1 very small trash can for the entire room. Do I need to go on...?"

"This property is located in the heart of Cape May, They have a beautiful pool. The room we were in was clean, neat, with a fresh smell. Our boys had a blast. We will stay again new year."

"Great location, amazing beach. The spa was really good too. Rooms are big but could have been cleaner (they are clean but not so throughly) and the staff are quite abrupt and not interested in giving much information or asking about your stay."

"The hotel is well kept and clean. We had an issue with the room but the manager was very helpful and ensure to make our stay comfortable. One of the front desk staff was not helpful and dismissive."
