"The room air conditioner was making noise when going on. At moment of reservation it said parking will be complimentary and I paid $30 The instructions to get to the room from the lobby were ridiculous and a very long walk to take. There was 1 elevator that was damaged and a lot of people reported it and no caution tape was placed in it. I paid extra for late check out and the house keeping lady kept coming to knock on the door bothering to leave the room even thought she was told I paid for...

"It was a great weekend spent at Golden Nugget. The weather was pool perfect, the Dj was pool perfect, the staff was accommodating to my hired room decorator.. Perfect birthday weekend!"

"Stayed in the Ballys tower, and the room was nice and clean. Only issue was the AC didn’t seem to work great. The first night it didn’t seem as bad, but it was worse the second night. It was fairly warm and you could tell the difference walking out into the hallway. Had I stayed a third night, I would’ve told the front desk. Otherwise, the hotel was the perfect spot for a beach day followed by the concert we were in town to see at the hard rock. Would definitely stay here again!"

"paid for an upgraded corner room and it was very elegant. Super old fashion hotel. such a long check in line at a hotel. Elevators took forever. Valet was nice."

"expedia staff and hotel staff including management is useless. hotel has not returned my deposit yet been over 1 month. they told me will be back within 2 weeks. on top $135 unaccounted charge on my card with no explanation. no one picks call no one respond to my email. i even emailed their general manager and reservation staff. no response."

"Very clean room and the pool was very nice and heated! Would have liked a few more umbrellas around the pool but otherwise it was very nice. Loved that we didn’t have to carry our chairs to the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were provided. Overall a very nice stay!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Montreal Beach Resort. Everything was easy, check in, parking, beach access and location. Room was excellent with everything like new. Staff were all very pleasant and more than ready to help. The location is excellent with a great ocean view and easy access to the Cape May attractions and dining."
