"The description on the Expedia website should explain that the chose your room when you get there wasn’t as listed. We read that it would be a king bed or two queens. Upon check in, they informed us that for that they only had smoking rooms left and if we wanted a non smoking room we could upgrade for another $180 some dollars. "It’s ok for the price"

"We stayed in room 309 on July 22-24, 2026. We had no hot water until the morning we were checking out. Notified front desk several times and after 36 hours was told it was escalated to a plumber. Upon checkout the stay was discounted a few dollars which was unacceptable since the majority of stays were comp for gamblers. I emailed Resorts multiple times with no response."
