"Check in was slow. Reps avoid eye contact work slow. Sunny’s restaurant should be open before 8 for people who want to eat before hitting the road. Retail shops should stay open later. One store was closed at 7."

"I don’t like the rude and obnoxious staff at the front desk that I encountered on this trip. Not sure if she was having a bad day however Inhad nothing to do with that. The second staff member I encountered went above and beyond."

"There was nothing about the hotel that I like because there's no microwave in the rooms and you have no where to warn up your food and what they show on the site isn't what it's when you get there"

"Great place to stay. I see that some guest complain about the hotel decor being outdated, but it’s more vintage and gives the hotel charm. Very clean and the staff were great. Would def book again"

"I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to American Dream Mall and honestly didn’t expect much. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Although it’s a small hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient, the shuttle is a god sent (especially for people like me who don’t drive)and it worked out perfectly for our trip. I would definitely stay here again."
