"Love the view, clean room. Didn't like, shampoo and body wash dispensers. Didn't have much liquid and hard to dispense. One bathroom light defuse, no shower curtain. "

"This was a very nice Casino and hotel. The staff were helpful with navigating the property and very friendly. There were plenty of food options and the food was fantastic! I will say bottled water was super expensive everywhere on the property so be prepared and bring your own. The pool was amazing! Adults only until 1pm with great music, fun atmosphere and delicious drinks. Drinks at the pool were very pricey but it's to be expected in a Casino and they were incredibly tasty so well worth it....

Checked in, they don’t have a room except smoking room was king bed Got to the room it was smelling so bad that I couldn’t sleep and they couldn’t change it for me. Also, I have two connected doors for the rooms next to me on the left and right and you can’t imagine people at these rooms partying all night so loud, I couldn’t sleep at all all night checked out in the morning and left when I asked for a late check out since I arrived at midnight, they refuse...

"We had no hot water in the shower my husband kept reporting it to the front desk . They kept telling us they will have man fix it .It was never fixed no one ever came to fix it . We had to keep shower running all night in morning water was still not hot . We never had these issues staying here not our first time . We were so disappointed that this happened."

"Bathroom wasn’t clean, heat didn’t work and when we ran out of toilet paper (which was never stocked because we were there for 30 minutes before it ran out) they didn’t bring up tissue until the next morning. They provided us with a cheap blanket due to the room being cold. Never staying here again. On a lighter note the assistant manager was helpful the next morning at check out."

"I wish I had checked out a map of EWR airport as I waited at the wrong spot for pick-up. The text from the hotel said to wait at P3 so when I went out from terminal A there was a sign "3" and I waited incorrectly there. From terminal A, one needs to take a shuttle to the air train to P3 building for the hotel shuttle pick up. Also, in the morning there is no sign up to reserve a spot for the shuttle to return to airport, so I went down way early to be sure I got a place on the shuttle. The...
