"There were renovations happening around the hotel. The pool needs to be heated. It’s a party scene and the clubs are dope. Good food spots too. "

"Everything was great besides the buffet the food was terrible cold microwave pancakes watery eggs burnt hard bacon! Nothing was edible please upgrade asap"

"Had what I thought was an ocean view room, that’s what I paid for, turns out it was a view of the side of a building. Not great. "

"The was clean by the refrigerator did not work. The staff was not pleasant at all. I will not be staying at Bally’s until the update the rooms"

"WiFi is ok in the living room but poor in the bedroom."

"Beds with only a sheet as a covering ,no comforter! No toiletries in room no microwave commode overflowed first day ! Sitting chair and beds were old and worn out. We were unable to sleep so we left the following day poor room accommodations!!! Quick response with commode problem and getting necessities needed though. "

"The pool was small not like photo, not enough towels for 4 people and I called the front desk plenty of times. Pool was dirty and gym area was too hot. The elevators was terrible sometime it would take 15 to 20 mins. "

"I enjoyed the 24hour cafe, The breakfast was good however the dining menu for lunch, and dinner was very limited. The morning restaurant Manager Carlos was very nice and friendly as where the check-in staff and the servers in the restaurant. The elevators thoe looked messy with the metal doors looking discolored, as well as the button panels. I was in room 732 and there was a on unevenness int he tub like a fronton drop down more then the traditional slant for water drainage. "

"Only real draw back is I had a partial oceanfront balcony that was located on Same side as the Tropicana hotel. The noise being generated from the roof top mechanisms and vents made it unbearable to sit on the balcony "
