"Our originally room was at the Chelsea? Not a good hotel. More of a motel and very outdated. There was mold in our shower head and we had to pay to upgrade. Very disappointing. They did remedy it when we checked out, slightly."

"Very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets had a strong odor resembling burning or exhaust fumes, which made the room uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Before heading to the pool, I called the front desk and was told it was open. After getting changed and ready to swim, I found the pool entrance locked with an “Out of Order” sign taped to the door. "Petty low key nice little ( big ) hotel. I like it, small environment changes like free parking since the place is always busy, they got the money to let parking slide. Have free breakfast. Bistro’s breakfast is not worth paying. Hampton Inn makes better breakfast and it’s free. Over good place"

"I’m not saying this will happen for everyone but my stay was not great. Check in was with new staff that knew absolutely nothing and had a very confusing check in. Room 401 has a shared balcony and window that anyone can go to. Or walk past. Window coverings had to be closed 24/7 otherwise everyone can see you. My wife is pregnant and 3 year old kids with us made the room not enjoyable because of privacy. Most of the room was clean with hair and sand from previous tenants swept into corner....

"Parking is safe, just know that there is a $20 per night parking fee ( it’s on their sight but it’s very easy to miss). You can park on the street but that’s even worse. "

"Rooms are extremely clean, very friendly staff, bartenders were great, and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool most of all. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, we even got to check in early because our room was ready. I would highly recommend the grand hotel and plan on returning!"
