"The village is massive, way more than expected. It overwhelmed me at first but honestly, the experience was magical. I would definitely stay there again and again. Perfect location. "There were no real amenities and what was there was closed or such limited hours they were not available for someone who was attending daytime meetings. The property was beautiful and well maintained, however signage indicating where to go for Uber/ specific locations were difficult to follow. No microwave or fridge in the room and even the coffee pods in room were a charge. Way more expensive than it’s worth. My favorite part was the soaker tub."

"Check-in was a mess. They tried to downgrade our room when we arrived. After complaining, they put us back in the room that we paid for and gave us $100 resort credit but this should not happen. Wondering if it is because we booked through Expedia rather than the hotel iteself. Everything in this hotel was WAY over priced. "
