"The room felt extremely small and claustrophobic - I even had to buy a fan just to get some air circulation. On top of that, only one of the two elevators was working, which made getting in and out frustrating and time-consuming. The constant noise from the street - even up on the 8th floor - went on day and night and made it hard to relax. Since this place is in Times Square, I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you’re looking for any peace and quiet."

"This hotel is very family friendly. The lazy river is very fun for the kids, my 10 years old loved it. The only improvement , there was no shampoo in my room and the room service said they will raise a ticket , and it will take 30 min to 1 hr. Overall the hotel was a very good choice."

"We were beyond happy with our stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. All of the staff are amazing, super helpful and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean, they also provided starters and additional supplies, so it was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pools, it was relaxing! Very happy with we stayed at this hotel! We’ll be staying here again if we ever come back to Orlando."
