"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. "Character"

"Room was nice but took a long way from the pool area. I specifically asked to be by the pool as I was traveling with small children. I was given a room far away in the same building with lots of stair. No access for a stroller. It was tough carrying a baby in a car seat along with everything we needed at the pool. Not one person at the resort put any thought into the room we stayed in. Requested a crib, it was left upstairs and we had to bring it down ourselves. I'm a 58 year grandmother...

"When I checked in after unloading, went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat had urine and pubic hair on it. I went down to front desk and they moved me right away.
