"Pleasant stay!"

"I never thought I would leave such a review for the Luxor but it was less than a good stay. We stayed in the Red section, room 1079 and it was awful. Only one outlet worked to charge our phones, the tv was fuzzy so watching was impossible, sheets were clean with holes, no hot water in the sink until the day we left, no refrigerator when the furniture showed there should have been one, our view was the pool but out the window we saw only the pipes which was horrible, we got there and the riim...

"A few issues. Check in was on line and so complicated had to get help several times. Towels in room substandard and had no hand towels. Major dirt behind furniture. The "pool area" was not operational even though it was advertised as open. When we tried to get a taxi to get to the airport, had to wait a half hour for the bell hop to be able to get a taxi to actually come there. Costs at stores and restaurants were phenomenally high, but that seems par for the course in Vegas."

"This is a stunning hotel. First time there and loved our rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were always just a text away and very helpful. So many choices on restaurants and stores that you don't even have to leave the hotel!"

"After our flight got cancelled, we arrived the next morning, they held our room and even upgraded us to a mini suite. The staff was top notch, the room was fantastic. Had a great view, even the regular rooms are very nice. Very clean, attention to details and just wonderful people to deal with. Would recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone. "

"10/10. Resort was clean, lovely, so much to do. Staff were wonderful in every area. Room was fantastic. Pools were clean, arcade was great, our whole family had lots of fun! The only thing we would have improved was the weather :)"

"Staff provided an upgraded room which was fantastic. The plumbing did have a slight smell about it in the corner suite. Overall a great location for food, concerts, etc. Loved the hospitality and will be back!"
