"The only good thing about this property was the view. It is a working ranch on a national forest so they are limited on what they can do for updates. Upon arrival, we were greater with a broken toilet seat. We told front desk and management twice and it was not fixed. We also had a mouse in our room that ate our snacks. "The experience of staying all night in the covered wagon was really neat for our family trip. My recommendations are to buy $20 ceramic heaters for them. My family FROZE the whole night because the 1 baseboard heater they have in it does nothing! We also could not take a shower because the shower/bathroom facilities did not have heat either. Cool experience but upgrade the heating so families can get some sleep and shower!"

"Our family all say our short stay was a highlight of our 2wk trip through five states. The sunset horse ride was beautiful. The location is close to the Grand Canyon and the surroundings are stunning. The staff were so friendly.
