"This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. Stunning nature, lovely pool, everything was clean. Very comfortable beds and soft linens. High end toiletries. We will visit again."

"Avoid this property at all costs. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was poorly maintained and cleanliness was not a priority. The most alarming issue was safety. A rattlesnake was coiled on the deck directly outside our cabin door, forcing us to deal with it ourselves before we could safely enter the cabin. We also found black widow spiders around the cabin. Yes, these animals are native to California, but guests should never have to worry about venomous snakes and spiders...

"The staff was very friendly. We loved our cabin, and wish there was more snow to take advantage of all the amenities. We were able to hike right outside the property and also did hot springs and tubing. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem in summer!"

Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas.
