It was a massive property. I went to plug in my phone behind the night stand and it was so full of dust and other little things like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. But other than that the room was nice. Some areas in the halls there was like a sewage smell not sure what that was. And one of the entrance off to the side every time you walked out it smelled like weed. Not that I can’t afford to pay 6 dollars a bottle of water but that is outrageous. And again not that I couldn’t afford to pay 70 to 100 dollars for a steak. I just feel there should be something a little cheaper for the in between. Our room key stopped working and you had to wait in this crazy long line. But I do give it a 4 out of 5

DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE MINI BAR!! The stay was okay, I have bad allergies so I opened the mini bar fridge picked up a drink to read the ingredients, placed it immediately back and didn’t take or touch a thing. I got a receipt once I left and got charged twice for the mini bar totally over $240. I called and got told they’d call me. Nothing. A complete scam. I’ll never stay again.

The property is vast, but it was the valet situation that first tainted arrival experience. Signage was not exactly clear for a first visit. A hour getting situated so we could check in was a first. 44 minutes in line to check in was about the same as other LV hotels, but it was after an hour with the valet run around. Bellman was perfect. Room big. Bed mushy. Pillows crunchy down. Pools refreshing and lovely- except the smoking. Towels standard hotel fare. We paid a bit for this experience so our expectations were high. Some were met, but I’d have to say not luxurious, but mostly above average.

I was told by the hotel check out staff that I can press assistant button to let operator know I am a hotel guest and they will adjust my parking to 20. The first machine near elevator I reached was not working, then I used the second machine, and reached out an operator, he adjusted it to 20; however, the machine didn’t work by both tapping and swiping my card so I was not able to make payment, I had no choice but to cancel transaction and inserted ticket again then amount appeared to be 35 again, so I called operator again several times, and guess what, as soon as I explained the reason and asked him to adjust the amount again, he HUNG me UP! After several attempts, he asked if I will pay by cash or cash, I said card, and he said I have to pay by card at the exit. Alright, when I arrived to exit, the ticket still show 35, so I reached out machine assistant again, as soon as I explained what happened and kindly asked him to adjust to 20, the same guy HUNG UP again. Eventually I didn’t think the machine operator would adjust the amount for me because he kept hanging me up, so I had no choice but to pay 35 to leave, because he didn’t wanna do anything. How rude are you and can you imagine how upset I was being played around by your irresponsible staff, even while I was during home I was still upset? I can’t believe this happened in a 5-star hotel. If you are not satisfy with your job, just go home and give the occupation to someone else. Don’t treat customer as idiots!

I was disappointed with my stay at Cesars as I felt it has a higher reputation then some of the other strip hotels I have stayed at. However, it did not live up what I thought. On two different occasions (checking into our room and speaking with guest services regarding an issue the following day) the staff was unfriendly and rude. They seemed annoyed with the business, yet that is not the fault of the guest. We also paid 40 for an early check in,not realizing they would give us a room directly above a banquet hall. The music was soo loud and the bass consistently rattled the room. when we tried calling downstairs to find out what time the banquet might end, no one picked up. When my husband went downstairs to find out, he was told there was a wedding and we could come back the next morning to see if they could switch us, or if there was another banquet. the following day, we did that and the guest relations person said she could not give us information like that but to expect it to be loud as it was a weekend (the first night was not - it was thursday). although there was lots of food and shopping options, it was very far from the palace rooms to any of these and it felt like you had to walk in a circle. i would not stay here again based on our experiences with the lack of customer service.

They charge a resort fee of approx $75cad after conversion per night and the wifi doesn’t work. My husband both had to roam with our phones all the nights we stayed, and when we brought it to their staffs attention he admit that the wifi isn’t good because they want you gambling instead.

We had to wait in a long line to check in because I wanted to ask about an upgrade. Elena at the front desk was very helpful and nice. We loved the pool and the property and were so happy that we finally got to stay at Ceasars Palace, after visiting Las Vegas many many times (I think this was my 13th visit). We would definitely stay here again if we found a great deal like we did.
