"The room we stayed in was nice & clean. The aisle outside of the rooms not so much . There were trash from rooms that were not picked up even after 24 hours or so. The liquid soap was too oily sticky. A few bottles of free water inside the ref would have been nice. Other than those things, everything was very good."

"Checking in was a task. Its all self check in, but a 3 step process, of finding confirmation number, Checking in at kiosk, waiting for text message, then activating your own room keys. Checking out didn't work on app or kiosk, so i was told to just drop my keys in a box. I was not notified that they would take $200 for security, so they took $400 out of my account because i used debit. Took my extra cash for my stay.
