"Pathetic staff especially the Front Desk team and its Manager. Property was good but the people managing it are very bad. The room was clean and good the housekeping never visited even once during my 5 day stay despite of informing front desk multiple times. My friend in another room lost his dress and trolly bag. Someone literally robbed it. The front desk was least bothered and behaved in a way that robbery is common in their hotel from locked rooms."

"Overall, an overpriced average hotel. The front desk staff needs to be more helpful and polite. If you book through Expedia, they will charge a $65 resort fee per night, per person. I will not return to this property again. Expedia should disclose all fees, including the resort fee, upfront."

"At check in the guy told us we had to exit back outside and drive around to the Nobu. It turns out, nobu was inside where the original check in was. Wasted our time. Couldn’t use the refrigerator, it was $75 to use. If you move their items they will charge you. We had to be extra careful to not touch anything."

"Loved the property, loved the room, loved the staff, loved Wolfgang Puck experiences, however, no in-room coffee? We waited for almost two hours to have a $36 before tip pot of coffee delivered to our room. The on-property Starbucks did not take orders on the app and the line was massive. Big mistake, MGM Grand, by removing in-room coffee."
