"Elevator was broken during most of the stay. One of them had a broken sensor so it would often shut and almost squish someone. Lobby itself was well-maintained and modern, but the residences themselves were not of the same quality. AC was very loud. Good blackout curtains though."

"Room was not cleaned when we checked in. Had to go to the front desk and we were moved to another room. The new room had a toilet that kept running after it was flushed. The front desk initially told us we had to wait to be emailed for a new room. Once my husband asked for a manager and escalated the complaint is when we were given the new room. This was unacceptable!!! The HQ2 pool area is in need of upgrades- the cushions were all dirty, the pavers need power washing and the pool was pretty...

"My fiance and I stayed here for the Raiders game and a weekend away. The cleaning staff didn't come all day until 7 pm at night as we were getting ready, she was extremely rude and we left to go to dinner. When we got back they hadn't fully cleaned the room. They didn't remove old towels (did give us new ones at least). Check In had issues as well but at least Check Out was okay."

"The rooms were clean and spacious overall. However, the shower in the master bathroom was not clean. Also, the pillows are very worn out from being washed so many times and have lost their shape. Other than that, everything was very good, and we had a pleasant stay."
