"Be warned: This place is very inexpensive for a reason. Because Kiteville had a lot of good reviews and the room pictures looked nice, I booked two "deluxe studios" with "1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed." Big mistake. When we arrived, we learned there is no one working on site (no reception desk), which caused me to go and read the fine print on the booking. This is explained way down in the booking information, but it also says we would receive an email 24 hours before check-in with our room...

"Super nice cabin with kitchen including stovetop/oven, couches, and a working fireplace! Everything was super clean, and the cabin (Cabin 16) had a gorgeous outside seat with a view of the mountain top! Will be back again!!"

"For the most part the hotel was fine. We had a dog with us and the area to take the dogs wasn’t mowed. Also we had a dog in the room next to us that barked continually. This place houses people also."

"Don’t let the exterior of the hotel fool you, the rooms have been refurbished and they are quite nice. I would hold them up against Holiday Inn express rooms. The staff is the shining part of the hotel, the second you arrive you greeted by Debbie who is an absolute sweetheart, and will treat you like family, no need will go unattended. Richard in the kitchen in the morning will make you eggs to your order, this is a big plus. A+"

"Parking spaces are very narrow. I asked a housekeeper around 1pm if I could get new bedding and she said no because my room wasn’t on her list and she was going home. I also kept getting locked out my room every day. The bathrooms have tubs but no way to plug the tub to actually use it."
