"Room was awful "

"The room I got smelled like bleach was poured inside the room. It’s not ventilated well and to think I pay extra $20 per day for upgrade and I end up with irritated eyes, nausea and headache while staying in the room for an hour and after leaving for 30 minutes I feel better but felt bad again once I enter the room and inhale the toxic fumes inside the room. The concentration of the cleaning solution used is obviously more than "

"Room was pretty clean, stayed 4 night asked for housekeeping after 2nd night and never received any. Reminded front desk and still not housekeeping. Housekeepers were generous enough to give us a few extra towels though. Staff was friendly as well, just seemed like communication wasn’t there. "

"The view of the city was the highlight of this room! The staff were super friendly. Check in was smooth and efficient. Self-parking was easy. Rooms were decently sized. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to the Regency Ballroom. Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Will absolutely book again!"

"Basic hotel. Check in. Check out. Decent location. Near Wall Street, Battery park and ferry to Ellis island… subway close. Nothing special but I don’t think it’s intended to be. Fine for place to crash and if you want anything it’s close by. "
