"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Orlando! The two bedroom/two bathroom suite was fantastic! I loved the full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer! We actually cooked breakfast once and made coffee every day. It was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable!"

"We arrived and there was food and trash in the room an an insect. We were on the 32nd floor of the tresor tower and it always too 15-30 minutes to get the elevator up or down. We had to repeatedly ask for our sofa bed to be made up and when they finally did come when we were at dinner, they left the bed partially made and the room was a mess with some of our clothes left in the floor. "Great spring break trip with my family. Affordable, great pool, dining options, and shuttles (which includes early park admission- which is a must when going to Universal!) Busy but that is expected at the value resort. Would definitely distant again!"

"Pool jam packed. Took at least an hour to get a seat. AC didn’t work for hours then when tech called to have bed cleaned where he worked, it took about 6 hours (11pm). Completely booked hotel so we could not move. Super disappointing as this place was not cheap. Staff did what they could to try to rectify the inconvenience but overall it was such a headache. "
