There is plenty of variety as far as restaurant are concerned and they are walking distances, great place, awesome pool for the kids, amazing beach, activities are available through the hotel, just an awesome place that is very easy to navigate and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Very good hotel. Attentive staff, clean rooms and clean property. The beach is wonderfully maintained, perfect for families. The hotel amenities certainly make for a better stay without having to leave the resort. I highly recommend the resort for proximity to the beach away from the chaotic atmosphere of Waikiki.
Hotel was amazing! The views were taken out of a movie, would 100% recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience a great view and beautiful memories.
Highly recommended this hotel. Shopping and restaurants in the same area. You honestly don’t even need to leave the resort. As our first mother and daughter trip, we felt safe. We will definitely make this our destination spot. Staff was awesome!
The resort is beautiful. I stayed in the Ali Tower, which is beautiful as well, but there are a few updates that could be made to help the space feel newer and cleaner. The staff is wonderful — I maybe encountered one rude staff member during my entire stay.
I do wish the vendors were still allowed to sit on the beach and sell like in previous years. I’ve stayed at this resort three times and definitely plan to go back.
King bed had partial ocean view (2 windows), sitting area and patio. Very pleased with size. Lots of stores/ restaurants/ bars on site. Fireworks on Friday night were amazing!!!! Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come again. On the beach, close enough to walk everywhere… just book it
It was our second time at the resort and once again we were so pleased. Staff is so kind and thoughtful! Check-in was a breeze along with check-out, and the bell desk kept our belongings safely secured until our 8pm take off. Our Tapa Tower room was clean and spacious with a great view. We love the pools and beach access, as well as the walkability. Overall a wonderful 8 day stay!
We had the best time and the best stay. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a 2 room suite. My girls loved taking turns have their own bedroom/living room. The staff was super friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back.

Great resort. We were only there for a few days on our way to Tokyo. We were a couple with no kids. It was very family friendly with no adults only area. So if you a couple going on vacation this resort may not be your cup of tea.
Top notch property with wonderful shops, pathways, and places to explore and take pics. Far from the bustle of downtown but a quick Uber ride gets you there. Prepare to spend a lot on food/restaurants, but the vibe is great. Only spotted one jacuzzi that wasn’t working, and pro-tip, get to the pool lounge chairs early.
It was a lovely stay. Lights went out at about midnight didn’t come back on for couple of hours had to wait for the hot water to get hot again to take a shower. We were compensated for our troubles which was very nice of the establishment. but staff worked well to get everything under control. No microwave in hotel not sure why.
Excellent location and wonderful property. The room amenities are poor compared to other hotels. They don’t have an electric kettle, slippers, bath lobes, and a few other items I’d except a Hilton hotel at this level to offer.
I like that the Ali'i tower was more quiet and have their own private pool and fitness center. We had a beautiful view and the staff were amazing especial Razel. The rooms were a little out dated and a microwave would help if you stay longer. Other than that, hotel was clean and the resort is overall beautiful. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
We took my blind dad this past weekend, and the hotel was very accommodating! Also very offering of help. Wheelchair accessible everywhere we went. Great food, a lot to do, lots of shopping, Friday night Luau and fireworks . My only issue is that that parking and resort fees added another 800 to our 3 night stay when we checked out which was surprising but as long as you’re aware of that, this hotel is a great choice!
Great hotel. We got upgraded to a corner ocean view in the Rainbow Tower and can't complain. We also had some great help from one person at the front desk to work through an issue that came up. My only complaint is that the "benefits" you receive for the $50+ per day resort fee are pretty lacking - definitely didn't get my money's worth on that. Overall happy though.
The property is nice situated on the beach. It’s a little village so you don’t have to leave the resort. It’s very expensive. Rent a car and go to Walmart to pick up drinks and snacks. There is public parking next to the hotel for 1 dollar an hour. The hotel offers parking for 70 plus dollars a day. Family friendly. Extremely expensive.

The property has multiple good shops and restaurants. Staff were polite, helpful and respectful. We stayed in the Tapas tower, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable while the rest of the furniture and room as a whole was definitely past its best before date. Housekeeping was attentive to detail and kept the room clean and changed towels and replaced the coffee supplies as required. The pools and lagoon were unsupervised and as facilities require attention.
