"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I have never smoked in my life, yet a few days after we checked out, I was charged a fee claiming that we had smoked in the room. Making such a serious accusation without providing any evidence is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the room itself had multiple issues. As soon as we entered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. Even though the hotel was mostly empty, we were given a room on the lowest floor, which felt like one of the worst options available. The kitchen items were old, dirty, and not usable. Additionally, the room was supposed to have two queen beds, but one of the beds was noticeably smaller and uncomfortable compared to the other, which was misleading. To make matters worse, the reception staff and employees were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting us. And do not trust Expedia and hotel. Because hotel charge you extra for resort fee when you arrive there. Overall, this was a very bad experience in terms of cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Only good thing was beach view. That's all. "

"The property is nice but my biggest complaint is that they make you pay for parking. This hotel was not nice enough to make you pay for parking and there was no getting around it. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else. Much better options nearby."

"It isn't the Hilton but it worked for me. The beach is right there and who spends time in the room. The water for a shower was good, toilets worked, beds were good and not noisy. Enjoyed my stay."

"This used to be such a great hotel. We've stayed here numerous times in the past. Never again! Not unless some serious issues are addressed. The couch is far dirtier than any I've ever seen at Goodwill!! Broken and loose tile on the floor. Little in the way of supplies in the kitchen and most of the items that are there should be thrown away. (Skillet, spatula, etc) This hotel has excellent bones and has excellent potential! Repair, replace, and maintain it!!! "

"Our room overlooked the beach and it was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be staying again in the future "

"The view from your room was incredible. Your private balcony overlooked the Gulf of America and was amazing. They had a tiki bar where you could get a cocktail by the pool. Those are the positives. The rooms were terrible the places run down and it's a throwback to the 1950s. If they would retro with paint and such the place could be spectacular like something out of old Hollywood but as it is it's terribly run down and not someplace I would stay again. But that view!"
