We always stay at Ocean only problem The bathroom was not in good condition it smelled ad like urine sink wasn’t clean Luckily I always travel with cleaning wipes but I will be going back soon we love it there and the bed is luck sleeping on a cloud so comfortable

For a top reviewed hotel and casino, this place is just disappointing. We had a dirty room before we even stayed in it. No view, just a roof. Garbage left from whoever was there before. After speaking to someone about a couple issues we were given the first night resort fee back, however, issues kept happening. We had a gift card to use and it kept declining at various places even after the front desk confirmed it was valid and had funds. We also had a horrible experience at the spa. Phones blaring in all areas, no rest or relaxing atmosphere to be found. Staff was present though unhelpful in preventing the disruptions. So disappointed and we will not be back.

Clean rooms and hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby it smells amazing like wonderful oasis. Theres multiple bars , restaurants , mini shops, and activities . Food amazing 10/10 . Pleasant staff. Family friendly resort . I’ve been here 4 times and it’s my favorite place to stay in AC.

Room overlooked the beach. Room is gorgeous. The hotel lobby/check in is on a different floor than the casino, which is really nice. The eclipse pool was awesome - half indoor/half outdoor, and heated. Plenty of food options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with 2 small kids. It has a Vegas feel, with with a view of the ocean! The check-in lady could've been friendlier, but that's really the only complaint.
