From loaning out bear-spray, to providing s’mores ingredients at no charge, to providing kindling, firewood and lighters for the fire pits and so much more. The facility has done an exceptional job of providing creature comforts to make the stay both fun and comfortable. A special nod to Liv, in the main office, for always providing service with a smile."

"It’s our first time to sleep in an Airstream. And it was awesome. Everything about Autocamp is unique, imagine you have the RV all by yourself out in the field. It’s like camping but my family and I aren’t avid campers this is the closest we can get to camping. It was quite an experience. The hotel lounge has snacks for a fee and restaurant that serves warm food. The staff are all so nice and helpful. The place is nice and it’s so close to Joshua Tree, practically 3 minutes drive to the West...

"The staff was AWESOME. The owner NOT at all. She was totally inflexible with our need to cancel or change the reservation ONE WEEK before the stay. We had court orders to take in a child that was being abused which we gladly did but it made it so we couldn’t fit everyone in the yurt that was reserved back in March way before all this happened. She kept blaming the inability to cancel our reservation on Expedia. Expedia was willing to refund but she wouldn’t give the okay to do it. She even hung...

"Everything worked but there were insects everywhere in the room when I got there, a plug without plate cover and the bedsheets were not clean. Overall I got what I paid for... But the bugs, that's something I can't stand."

"Loved this stay! Spacious enough for 2 and all amenities are clean and new. Flies do get into the home and are a bit annoying to get out but that’s nature!"

"The price we were charged was for the premium glamping trailer. What we were assigned to was the cozy glamping trailer. The price charged was twice what the cozy option cost. Everything in the advertisement and the selection we chose was for the premium option so the initial price was not a surprise. When we got to the assigned accommodations, there was major disappointment to say the least. Next time we will call the property directly to avoid disappointment and overcharge."
