"Was suppose to check in at 3:00 , didn't get in room till 8pm. Bartender was cussing and dirty dishes all over bar when I got there. I walked up sat down in a stool, he ask me what I wanted. I said can you please clear all these dirty dishes and wipe down the bar first. I called room service for water, waited hour and had to call back for water. Hall ways need to be vacuumed , people yelling, screaming and running through the halls all night. No refrigerator in room, remote to tv was very hard...

"This is easy to get to spot off I75 with plenty of safe parking. Welcoming, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was loud. "
