"The staff was excellent at this property. In fact if it were not for them I would have a hard time giving it a 2. The beds are terrible and should have been replaced long before. The pool was nice, however, it was an indoor pool and the glass doors surrounding it were almost all rusted shut. It was 90 degrees outside so if they were open you might have some cross breeze to make using it a nicer amenity. The place was clean."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and polite. I really enjoyed my stay. Judy at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Daniel was also really helpful with parking. Our room was beautiful and it was a romantic getaway. The food was so good, particularly the Norse Chicken. So much so that I ordered it three times during my stay! Our waitress Elice was pleasant during dinner. We also ordered room service which came in time every time and hot ! Great menu and...

"The staff was excellent. Night and day shift. An important plus to note is the service began with my calling the front desk hours before I arrived(with questions of accomedations) and even after I returned home(we accidentally left some purchases in the room). It was a great place to return to after a long day."

"Breath taking views of the mountains and well maintained grounds. Breakfast is phenomenal matched only by the hosts hospitality! Close enough to Helen but far enough for a quiet getaway. We will definitely be back! "
