"Not what i expected from a beach front property with Marriot’ Beach access , chairs , umbrellas towels and dog all self serve and from city so $50 and up a day add on for 2 chairs and umbrellas as pool” even though it’s on the beach” Rooms need to be updated and cleaned” dusty . Floor smelled like smoke” Ordered chips by pool waited hour and were stale” gross- I have stayed in many beach front Marriott’s and this was definitely a very not pleasant experience- Requesting top floor ocean...

"I had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Hotel in Hilton Head. From the moment we arrived, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The first room we were checked into had a wet carpet and a strong mildew mold odor that was impossible to ignore. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable immediately. "Be warned - It's not just one large hotel...there are 3 or 4 bldgs. Don't get the Jamaiican - dirty and small. Very deceiving!! I know of 2 families that complained and were able to move to a nicer bldg...after being charged another $250.00...I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! "

"The property is beautiful and the staff was great at check-in. There was a little mixup with our villa but we were upgraded to another villa and everything worked out perfectly. The property is surround by lots of stores and resturants, and it's about a 15 minute drive to Myrtle Beach. We would definately stay here again."
