This hotel is on the Strip, on the north side of it, We only stayed one night on our way to Utah but I was very impressed by how clean, effortless elegant and easy to move around it was. The room was very comfortable. Self parking is available and was easy to handle. We had tacos from one of the restaurants inside the hotel. Highly recommended. At night the vibe inside the hotel was animated and dynamic. For sure I would book this hotel again.

The staff were great especially Miron (i think that was his name). He was very pleasant when I checked in. The only staff who I thought was a bit rude/irritable over the phone was Jennifer. I was inquiring about checking out later than the scheduled time due to my flight being delayed and she was very dismissive and told me no late check out was allowed and that I have to check out by 11am. Did not give me other options and hung up. I ended up booking one more night through text which was easier. The food at Ballas was great as well and I liked that the hotel was kind of away from the strip. Overall, the stay was not bad, and I would most likely book here again.
