"The first room the bathroom sink was bad, my wife almost was burning and refrigerated was not cool8ng. The 2nd A/C was not cooling and under the sofa bed was not clean."

"This resort is a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend it to visitors. Pet friendly, rooms are perfect size. Many locations inside the resorts property to relax. Quiet zones, 2 pools, 2 fire pits. Beaches are close by. A truly fun place to stay. I did mention to owners that the bar was only open 1 of the 3 nights we were there and they explained it was a staffing problem. They are working hard on fixing that issue. "Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not."

"Really enjoyed staying at Hibiscus Suites. It was really close to events we had planned as well as restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. Even though hotel is located on busy street, the traffic was not heard from room. I would highly recommend staying."
