"This is one of the hotels that my husband and I go to when we go to Disney, very convenient location since it’s a short drive to the park and there are a few stores and restaurants across the street. Breakfast is always good, I just wished they had more tables/seats since it’s always so busy in the morning."

The room we were assigned was small and the wallpaper was peeling off and the air conditioning had a noise and the hallway was super humid. On the last day we had a newer cleaning lady that didn’t knock and opened the door at 9:36 am and I was undressed; prior to her bursting in my room my mother and daughter had left and told her that they would be returning and someone else was in the room (me). "Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. The ground keepers were very noisy one morning, and I told the front desk and the next day I could tell they were...

"The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them. "Place was very nice and had a good time but the only thing that kept this place from being 5 star was the 40 bucks a day to park and being charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included. Never got a invoice so calling to find out charges was inconvenience Shopping and drinks at rhe hotel are convenient but very expensive. Thank you Fransisco for the hospitality"

"Fourth time back, and my wife and I love it here. Staff are welcoming, it’s close to everything we want (restaurants, outlets, etc.) and there are constantly people working to maintain the property. We look forward to getting back each year."
