"When we entered our room 2 cleaning rags were left on the bathroom counter. And when the maid came to clean the bathroom smelled like vinegar. Is the new policy to clean the bathrooms with vinegar now? It left a very unpleasant smell. The next day we found some of the bathing towels smelling of vinegar. Needless to say, we requested new towels. Also, we miss having a refrigerator, at least, as well as a microwave."

"Understandably it is hard to manage all the property effectively each day. The workers did a nice job cleaning the outside areas and organizing them daily. But we did notice a lot of sand and debris making it throughout the property. Our room floor was a little dirty to begin the stay. For the size of the resort, the single workout area was small and always quite full. It can be a challenge to use it effectively. The convenience of all the amenities and shops was nice to have. "I really enjoyed my stay at Mandalay Bay. I’ve stayed at multiple different resorts on the strip and I have to say, this I now my favorite. The rooms and casino were very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area was very relaxing and the food was delicious at the restaurants I tried inside Mandalay Bay. I was there for a concert at Allegiant stadium and it was perfect location. Less than 10min walk."

"The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience."

"Hilton Garden Club was really nice. What made the trip non-inviting is the marketing group at check in. Check in was great, front desk staff was extremely nice, but once we checked in you were directed to a stand for our "welcome package" where the marketing team fast talks you into a $40 deposit to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation for a timeshare. I was there with my husband and son for a quick overnight vacation, not a marketing sales pitch."
