"1 hour wait line for check in. I didn’t get checked in until 1:30am on 3/19. I paid for an upgrade $40 a night. When I got my upgraded room my room had no water. The room was dirty and had a disgusting restroom. There were facial hairs on the floor and was overlooked. Horrible experience "

"Even though we prepaid for the room, they gave our room away. Even though they still showed rooms available on other sites, the front desk refused to offer us a different room. We worked late and just needed to sleep for 3 hours, instead we had to sleep in our truck. The front desk was not helpful. We didn't have a chance to call ahead because we were working. They gave our room to someone else, kept our money, charged someone else and refused to credit us. Worst experience ever. Will never return to Planet Hollywood."

"Stayed in accessible king bed suite (unexpected upgrade from standard king room). Great space if needed for any with mobility issues (e.g., walker, wheelchair). Sitting room, bedroom, and large, open bathroom. Comfortable bed. All clean and well maintained. Complimentary umbrella & bathrobes for use during stay. "
