"Property is showing a lot of wear and tear. Staff I interacted with were all lovely, however, it's very much a "machine" when it comes to check in and everyone is pushed to use mobile kiosks. Actual room had a lot of wear and tear but garden view was very quiet outside of pool hours and whatever party they are trying to start. Shower had great water pressure but impossible to not get water everywhere. When I asked housekeeping about it, they brought a shower curtain that helped but unsure why it wasn't there to begin. Check out via a kiosk printed a blank piece of paper and the email folio was unreadable. Asked for a clear copy but have yet to receive it. "

"My stay at Treasure Island meet my expectations! I felt safe, the slots were hitting, the staff was so friendly from security to the cleaning crew! Check in and out was smooth! I would definitely recommend this hotel and be staying in the future. Room 28017 had the perfect view of the mountains! "

"The location is fantastically convenient - steps from Grand Central Station. The staff were very helpful in enabling me to check in right away. The room was well appointed. It was a bit dark as it faced another building but was very comfortable. "

"Pool looked a little dirty cloudy, lazy river was better. Cleaning staff for the room left some things unclean. I think place is ok, we had a great view only thing that was amazing at location."
