"Upon arrival, I was given the wrong keys by the check in person and then had to stand in the heat to wait for somebody to come let us in the room, the room had a horrible odor that could not be aired out unless I left my front door wide open, when a family checked in next to us, they constantly messed with the adjoining doors and running up and down the steps and stomping upstairs kept us up for a while and made me have really bad anxiety thinking somebody was trying to come into our room. "The balcony with ocean view provided only one chair. We could not sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room its self was ok, dated but fine. There is no kitchen just a small refrigerator and coffee pot. The grounds are fantastic, but you will be charged the fees for using the resort. We booked via Expedia so we missed it but was not explained to us at check in."

"I would have given a total of 5 stars, but the only thing that prevented that was the beds. The beds in my opinion were super uncomfortable. Location is perfect, the room was indeed clean, the pool was nice but the beds could definitely be more comfortable and the bed frame is self was kind of wobbly and loose such as the coffee table as well. The “front office” seemed like a ghost town I’m not sure who “the staff” really were. With that being said I paid $645 for 2 nights which isn’t hateful....
