I received excellent customer service from the lobby area when I needed help with checking in. The lady that helped me was very professional and patient when I was having issues with my credit card. I like the mobile check-in and check out. The rooms were clean but dated. The amenities were fun there wasn’t a lot of restaurants to choose from. However it looks like they’re putting in a whole food court just wasn’t done yet. Overall what I stay there again maybe only because the kids never just adults.

This casino embodies Las Vegas’ effort to become a more family, friendly destination. So there are lots of families and kids. Lots of things for them to do, although almost all of them cost money. My room was large and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the air-conditioning unit was very loud and it was hot outside. Parking is great for Las Vegas. Lots of food options available in and outside the hotel.

We found a dirty sock on one of our beds, bathroom wall paper was tarrying apart the other was clean but smell funky. First and last time going and staying there, it really didn’t meet my expectations I went there because I wanted to take my kids to water park and rides but neither of that was what I hoped it was or expected.

The room its self was amazing, clean. Simple. It did not have a microwave or fridge. And you only got 24 hours of free WiFi before they charged you. Also the pool is included with the room expect you have to pay an additional fee if you decide you actually want to use it. Sooooo really I paid 600$ to have a bed for the night. Because also, none of the restaurants were open, the Buffett is only open on select days. M-thur though absolutely nothing was open food wise. So I was pretty upset about that considering the advertised that this was a family friendly place. But nothing about it made it family friendly

The room was not the cleanest found a tampon behind the furniture had to move the desk when my kid dropped my watch the walls and furniture had stains one of the mattress had a sagging spot uncomfortable to sleep on the toilet was leaking wasn’t expecting much since I was saying at the circus circus it was the cheapest place for a reason but I felt they could have cleaned it better specially since it was a holiday weekend they did upgrade my original room for free from a lower floor to a higher floor for a better view so that was cool but over all I won’t be staying here anymore they really need to remodel this place I like the kid friendly idea but the property needs a facelift bad
