"I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again"

"The smell of the bathroom is weird, it didnt smell foul but it smells like old and moist. I had to buy a small space perfume. It was clean, i just didnt like how it smelled. Also the pillows smells like sweat. Staff was amazing. Everyone is so nice. "

Room Amenities While the room was clean, we did notice a lack of a few basic essentials that are typically standard: • Waste Management: There were no trash bags provided in the bins, which made keeping the space tidy a bit less convenient. • Toiletries: There was no shower cap included in the bathroom amenities. Facilities & Maintenance The most significant issue occurred during my morning routine. Halfway through my shower, the hot water completely cut out. Dealing with a cold shower in the middle of a New York trip was a major inconvenience and a disappointment for a hotel in this category. Final Verdict If you are looking for a reliable, "no-frills" spot that covers the basics, this hotel is a decent choice. It is an okay stay for a short trip, provided you don't mind calling down to the front desk for those small missing items."

"Pool wasn’t open even though they told us on phone it was. We were they three nights no pool, very hard to find anyone to help us on things in hotel or other places. "

"Parking was a pain, figuring out where to check in was a pain, getting to my room with multiple different elevators was a pain, checking out was a pain. The arcade was a rip off. I spent so much money for my kids to have fun and th prizes at the end were gross. The candy was old and hard as a rock. The food court was extremely over priced! Nothing good to say. "
