"The check-in/out kiosk was easy to use, but i still had to talk to a person to figure out where the room was and how to get there, so it was also pointless. The only check-out kiosk in the tower i was at was out of service so i had to go all the way to the lobby to do so. The shower was not fully cleaned, soap scum and hair. Otherwise, the stay itself was good and the food options were great. I loved the free parking as well."

"The pool closed at 800p, the gym opens at 600a. For people who like to swim its a bit early to close pool and for people who like to go to gym early and that have conference to be at would have been nice to do both of these things while staying there but could not. Food options were okay but the property is not kept up well. Room was decent but esthetically dingy looming overall...it looks like it was built in the 1980s with no updates. Would be nice to do a little remodeling. Modernize some...

"Room was decent. Waterpark looked nice (even though we didn't get to enjoy it cause the front desk said they were open till 10, but actually closed at 9). Trash chute was down the hall and we could smell it all the way to our room. Not sure I would stay here again."

"The first room I checked into was over $300 a night. The room looked nice online when we checked in there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It was a last-minute late check-in and had a ton of bags we had to cart up to the room to find out that the smell was so bad it was disgusting. They then switched us to a room that I found out was cheaper online than the one I paid for we then rushed to dinner before the restaurant closed at 10 PM and ended up with a $350 dinner tab for mediocre...
