"Room need to be more cleaning,we found clothes in bed for the previous customers, everything else is okay. "

"Breakfast was bagels with no toaster. The hot tub has been broken for over a month. The shower dripped when you flushed the toilet. "

"The room was clean, the beds are comfortable but we couldn’t turn the heat in the room down, so our sleep was terrible. We ate and had drinks at the Firelake restaurant and everything was very enjoyable. The two wait staff seemed very pleasant but rushed ( understaffed for a Saturday night)."

"Our room in Wolf tower was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have an option for room service or even just a restaurant you could sit at the bar do a glass of wine and an appetizer. Not a fan of the dining options."

"I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. I did arrive early so my room wasn’t ready so I agreed to a different room but it wasn’t one with a view and I didn’t like it so I went back down and another lady helped me switch back to my originally room. "We have stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast for this recent stay was absolutely disappointing. We arrived at 830am and they had run out of several things. Granted the hotel was sold out, but management should have planned for it. Running out of numerous items after only 1.5 hours is bad management. The buffet consisted of whole oranges and apples, blueberry yogurts, English muffins and sliced bread, cereal, gloppy oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage. No muffins, pastries, cut...

"The hot tub was really not that hot, it was warm where I could put my 1 year old in it, and little bugs were floating in it. The main pool was very cold. The breakfast was basic, the toaster for your bagels out toast was broken. So your only options were waffles, fruit, cereal. The shower pressure was very weak, really didn’t feel the water at all.
