"The staff were friendly and helpful, its a cleaned place and the Waterpark was amazing and cleaned. It was fun."

"Mouse poop on my bed, no one wore the wrist bands for the pool and no one watching their kids, hot tubs full of kids and Luke warm. Breakfast horrible and the cafe wasn’t open to order room service, no response from front desk. Honestly a horrible experience. Supposed to be a full service hotel and everything was horrible. I wish I could get a refund"

"This is my third or fourth time staying here for early flights and to take advantage of the shuttle. It is very quiet, the room was spotless, check-in was seamless with a couple chocolate chip cookies to boot! I left early before breakfast so I can't speak to that. It was great to have both IHOP and TGIF directly connected for a choice of supper the night before."

"The staff was great. We had a couple small things that need fixing in our room. Nothing that needed to be done while we were occupying the room . Breakfast had great variety and that staff was always there to restock food and clean the tables. etc. We only wish parking didn't cost 15 dollars a day."

"Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!"

"The room was clean and the staff was welcoming. However, the tub in our room had peeling paint/discoloration. The hot tub also had a lot of peeling paint. Although there is no microwave, fridge, or coffeemaker in the room, there is coffee available during breakfast and there is a microwave people can use."

"Very clean rooms with excellent views and nice featured photos of Duluth and Lake Superior on the wall. Breakfast assortment was great, had plenty of choices. Easy access to all the amenities, indoor pool was maintained well and towels provided. Definitely a great place to stay for a family trip!!"

"This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. Can’t wait to come back and experience more of the amenities on site like the golf and the spa. Overall, amazing experience! Absolutely recommend."
