"We were upgraded to an executive suite. It was incredibly nice!! Very clean. Well stocked. Great view! We had access to the lounge and there were many great options for food and drink. All complimentary. Breakfast was complimentary as well. I love that it is connected to the Mall of America. We saw a movie in the mall. It a short walk from Radisson Blu. I will definitely stay here again. I will be booking the executive suite. The amenities alone are worth it."

"Across the street is a pedestrian bridge that takes you Mall of America. The hotel is adjacent to a IHOP and a TGI Friday that delivwrs to the hotel. There an area outside with designated smoking and a fire pit. There's a pool and hot tub area. Free breakfast in the morning Family friendly. Great for kids. The staff is very friendly and someone working the front desk gave me great advice on taking the light rail downtown to see the Twins play and it was only $2. Took about 35 mins from the MOA...

"Rooms were dated, small, toilet paper was like sand paper. No lotion containers, rooms smelled funny, Ac/heater ran all night when off button was pressed."

"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot and spacious. We loved the room with extra seating area. This had everything we needed for a nice long weekend for a few hockey games in the area. Breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets and plenty to choose from. Our door lock was a little loose and they did send someone up to fix it but it needed a bit more of a repair. Zero complaints about this property. Would be even better if parking fee...

"Description misleading as no bed was located in room except pull out couch, horribly uncomfortable Rooms need updating. Jetted tub was ok after maintenance fixed, but water was not very hot Will not stay again "
