"Walls and floors windows tub all stained. Extremely loud even on high floor. Room very small and out dated!! I spend so much extra money to get me a corner suite with a view and the hotel room looked like it was worth $100 when I paid over $700, so so not worth it!! I got no sleep there and bed was itchy, not enough towels. Staff took forever to get me what I asked. Front desk led me to the wrong floor! "The rooms were very spacious and the location was amazing! The staff was very helpful with extra pillows and blankets. The only downside for us was that the air-conditioning was a little inconsistent (but it kept us plenty cool at night), and there was no washer and dryer available for guests or even on site laundry. Other than those two things, we loved our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central and will definitely stay again!"

"Staff didn't answer the phone, and couldn't sleep due to being place next to a rude fighting family with a crying baby. Couldn't order food. However there was 2 staff a black woman and the gut that checked me out that was extremely helpful. Oh and the guy that checked me in."
