"property in downtown Blue Ridge easy to get there and lots to walk to in area. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. Breakfast was okay. Has rooftop bar and some music on friday and Saturday that was nice "

"The perfect place to stay with a cabin feel without a cabin price. This is was the cleanest and best smelling place we’ve stay at in a while. We will def be back "

"Our room was recently remodeled and was clean and spacious. A hot breakfast was available each morning with staff checking to see if we had enough. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grass courtyard in the back with a fire pit and chairs around it. A picnic table was also available to use. We stayed a full week and will go back again. "

"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "
