"Clean room, great location"

"I booked room with Kitchen expecting Stove and Microwave. Nothing was there when I checked in. They offered me external stove which was again not working. They tested another three stove which were in the store room. Microwave was provided next day. I ve got lot of inconvenience due to this since I had toddler with me and was not able to cook the food ."

"It was a yearly girls trip (3-generations) the pool, the restaurants and coffee shop all absolutely loved! We will be back next year!!!"

"We checked in but stayed for only about 20 minutes before deciding to request a refund. The area outside our room had a strong smell of animal urine mixed with cleaning products, it honestly reminded us of walking into a kennel. Unfortunately, the room itself did not feel clean or comfortable either. The room felt more like an old cabin than a hotel room, and the A/C was not working. "We had an amazing stay at Gaylord Pacific Resort! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their outstanding customer service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The resort has so many activities for kids, which kept our family entertained throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the water park, it was absolutely amazing! The slides, lazy river, pools, and splash areas provided hours of fun for both kids...

"The beds were clean, but that was it. There was hair all over the shower. There was toothpaste and other stuff all over the front of the counter. The pack and play was also dirty and smelled. The handsoap and body wash were all gone. There was extremely loud banging that woke the family at 5am. They had cool furniture and style, but not our favorite place."
