"everything was fine in the beginning , we got picked up at the airport by their shuttle and the driver was very nice and helpful. but when we checked out on monday and waited for the shuttle to take us back to the airport the driver told us it was only for the airline stuff and was very dismissive and rude about it. he didn’t even try to help us out, if it was only airline stuff then why did they pick us up when we first arrived? overall that could’ve been handled better."

"The staff was amazing, room was spotless, coffee area immaculate. Way more than I expected for the price!! Would absolutely stay again!"

"The villa was nice and my kids enjoyed the pools available but service could have been better. We waited 12 hours for clean towels. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and they did come to remove it but never came back to replace it as agreed. The morning we left, we noticed that the vent cover in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling."

"Poorly maintained property. The bathroom and sink were noticeably dirty. There was dirt and hair everywhere. Carpet had various large stains in it. The AC is extremely loud and woke me up every time it came on. Parking area is very cramped and difficult to maneuver and made worse by a storage crate and random furniture in the parking lot. I stayed five nights and had the room cleaned once. When they did clean it, they left the lights on and the curtains open which allowed anyone walking by to...
