"This is our 4th year coming to the Hyatt Regency - Welk Resort. This is an outstanding place to staycation, or vacation, as a family. There are so many amenities to accommodate the stay, including; pools, spas, water slides, snack bars, market and places to dine. The grounds are upbeat daily and Staff is the best. The rooms are great but I recommend the Villas. We'll be back next year."

"5 star for the views & location- next to seaworld- The rooms are gross! Dust still in bedside table- glass tables had hand prints still. As you walk into the hallway the carpets are dirty. You can tell they dont vacuum often, this was an indication how the rooms were. We stayed at room 310 it's gross. When you drive up dont expect a bellman to greet you. You must walk in to front desk. "Overall, the room was nice, and had a nice view from the balcony. However, I did leave somewhat disappointed. The first staff member to help carry our belongings up to the room seemed very helpful at first. I was asking him a question and he cut me off to ask if I was going to tip him in a rude tone. I did tip him, and just let him go. The 2nd individual to help the other room guests was very nice. The room had only 1 set of toiletries even though we booked it for four adults. And it did take...

"Great property, very clean"

"To be an older establishment, property was very nice. Hot tub was awesome! Highly recommend! The only issues was first, the mattress. No matter where you lie down, you rolled to the middle. Second was the restaurant, too expensive!! Chick Fil A is only 10min away."

"Careful when you book a room. We booked a room with a private fire pit. The pictures provided do not represent what you get. The terraces with the private fire pits have zero views to the pool or resort, unlike what the pictures depict. We upgraded to a Victoria Oceanfront room at significant cost to have an enjoyable visit. The property is magnificent, but beware when booking. What you are shown may not be what you get."

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and the gorgeous bathroom was my favorite part. Gutters bowling alley was so much fun. Caught a show at Lou Lou’s, had dinner at Quixote’s and breakfast at Beginner’s diner. I wanted to experience all these things at this hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately did not use the pool as all the lounge chairs were taken. Maybe next time."

"Loved our lower level Marina view room. BUT that outpost area should have comfy lounge chairs. That is THE spot you’d want to hang out at and those hard cheap plastic chairs just don’t cut it. Also, don’t want your money on the side of hash browns. At the restaurant. $6 for the tiniest portion. Almost every staff member we encountered was wonderful. "Very nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good room service for breakfasts. They don’t have ice machines, you have to ask the front desk to deliver ice to your room and it comes within 30 minutes. It was a really good stay, nice place. I would stay there again."
