"Wow!!! I have.never been more disappointed and dissatisfied by a hotel than Coronado. Arrival- nobody to get luggage out of car. No service to get into your room (unless you want to wait 2-3 hours he said) Check in- 2 people to check in - 25 minute wait the staff were weird like they joined a week before- didn’t even give us proper directions in this massive property to our room. Room- cute Bathroom- frayed towels!!! Room service - basically non- existent Called for water- 45 mins nobody...

"The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. "Great view of the harbor. Little restaurant had good food and waitress was great! Lively bar scene. Balcony was kinda dirty (seagull droppings) beds were a little too firm for our taste so not a restful sleep. Bathroom was super small/cramped. Staff was very friendly and we liked the underground parking which they waived the $24 fee because we’re handicapped"

"Right on the beach, parking is included if needed, staff is SO friendly, walking distance to everything I could need (coffee shops, restaurants, shopping stores, bars, etc.). Views are immaculate and facility is very clean. Would absolutely stay again!!"

We requested that our room be cleaned, but our request was ignored. We had to call the front desk a second time to remind them to make up our room before it was finally done.
