They advertised breakfast included in the room charges but when we got there we were told they did not do that any more. That was a disappointment. "Nice clean modern room (although room was small) but fine for 1 person. Parking was good as it’s owned by Hotel. It was super convienent to be able to park & leave car in a secure area & then walk the Gaslamp! Staff was helpful at the Desk upon Checkin & Checkout."

"I will never stay at this place again. Bar was closed. No jacuzzi. They will only clean your room every other day so get ready to clean your own room and make your own bed. We ran out of toilet paper so had track down a housekeeper. We needed her for fresh towels and tissue paper as well. The day they were supposed to clean our room, they were a no show. "Clean and beautiful room with a mini bar which were decently priced, though through personal preference, the shower design is beautiful but we made quite the water mess since it doesn’t really have a door or curtain. Had to use multiple towels to dry it up. Loved the whole experience of the stay but that and no furniture other than the closet to store folded clothes"
