"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few issues that made it less enjoyable. Parking was difficult because the parking stalls were extremely small. "I arrived late in the evening after international travel to find that Expedia and Hilton had oversold the king bed I booked and the hotel was fully sold out. I was placed in an accessible suite that had just undergone a “deep clean,” but it was not guest‑ready: dirty dishes were left at the door, the AC was off and not working, and the room was far too hot to stay in.
