"We enjoyed our first time at this resort! Loved our room which overlooked the fishing pond and golf course. Balcony was huge and having 2 bedrooms was great! Loved the Pools and slides, arcade and ping pong and the staff were great there! Food and drinks at pool was really good just a bit pricey. The canyon grill has good food and Ricardo was the best server. However, disappointed that they didn’t have Starbucks and when we ordered espresso drinks they took a long time and only 16 oz. "I loved my stay here! I couldn’t ask for a better hotel in the heart of downtown! It was close to everything and I really enjoyed all the amenities especially the onsite restaurants!"

"On my first day, I noticed that our pillows had what looked like human feces and our bed had brown stains. I called for our room to be served and the house cleaning lady came a little while after and instead on knocking she opened my door while I was undressed and startled me making me uncomfortable in my own room. She asked what the issue was and I pointed it out and she seemed seemingly annoyed. Upon further inspection I found a white powder substance, long human hair on a chair, and eyelash...

"The hot water didn't work well on day 2 and 3. Called the front desk but no answer one of the days. The ac cooled the room but it didn't get cold to a comfortable cold. The fan needed to be stronger. The inside of the room was remodeled and looks like a good remodel. Sound proofing wasn't the best from street noise. Front desk was really nice when I checked in. Building D was gated so that was nice. Was odd being the only one in the building. They had security at nice so that was nice...

"Really great place to relax. The room got a bit hot as the air stopped working at night and could Use coffee makers in the room. Pools and lazy river were fun. Wish there was a Buffett but food options are not bad but not anything great."
