"Good stay, nice people. One of the beds in the 2 double bed room I stayed in This last time was a little bit worn, but still pretty comfortable and the other mattress was fine. I do wish they had microwaves in their standard rooms but you usually have to get an upgraded room for that. Most of the time, you can’t beat the price to stay here, unless you stay in El Cajon or further up north. Staff always greet you when you walk into the lobby and overall I would say this is one of the best...

"The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I got a "Float" room, which is a room that opens onto the 4th floor bar area (the bar is named "Float"). I only wish that my patio had not been taken over at 6 am the next morning by crews setting up for some event! The coffee in the room: poor. The coffee in MaryJane's (the on-site restaurant): worse. The food at MaryJane's was so-so. That could be dialed in."

"I like the area of the hotel, it was central to the different theme parks that my family and I did together. But I didn’t like was the overall amenity of the room, when we first showed up, there was broken glass in the refrigerator. The exhaust fan on the bathroom did not work. The pullout bed was incredibly uncomfortable for my mother-in-law. There was a huge gap underneath the entry door which allowed for a lot of noise to come in. "Our room was right next to the staff supply room (many rooms are near these supply rooms) which means we heard banging, doors slamming, power washers and other loud machinery throughout the day. The adjoining wall with the staff supply room had loud banging audible until 11pm. My husband works from home, and the room service opened the door and tried to enter without knocking/ knocked as they were entering. Very disrespectful. They also added at 22$ per night “resort fee” which was not listed in...

"Stayed at this hotel last November and now. Nice hotel but it would be great if they could take wet towels and bring fresh towels each day without having to ask. Our shower did not have a door or curtain so water was almost all over the bathroom floor and we need to put our towels down."

"I asked for a quiet room and she put me on the busiest street corner with drug users and bums. Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are not friendly either worst experience ever."

"Love love love this resort! It’s so beautiful and they use an air fragrance throughout the property. Gorgeous. Navigating the area while driving is a little nerve wrecking if you’re not familiar with the area, surrounding freeways etc… but we loved our stay."
