"An amazing stay! It was perfect. Right in downtown close to Coronado and other beaches. The amenities we excellent. Hydration stations, accessible ice machines, very elegant vibes, and the room itself was perfect. Lots of storage if you plan to stay for a few days. Plus there was a excellent restaurant downstairs that gives you a discount on your bill for being a guest at The Sophia. Parking was okay. Does add up if you do self parking there but plus side is you get in and out privileges. I...

They are so helpful, kind, nice, and always have a smile on their faces especially Aria shes so sweet and answered all my questions super helpful even though she was extra busy with other guests i saw that she helped us to the fullest! "Not what the hotel said it was...paid for"

"Tens of thousands of gallons of untreated sewage. The beach and all adjacent beaches were too polluted with feces and unsafe to even touch the water. The beach advisories warned to not touch the water due to contamination. The water was brown. This evil hotel did not warn you ahead of time, nor when you check in. I was rejected asking for a cancellation and they did not even refund the resort fee, even though nothing on the beach could safely occur. Hotel and grounds are pretty, but what...

"El hotel es muy viejo y no tienen elevador todas las torres me cambiaron aún a habitación en primer piso más pequeña y vieja había cucarachas al siguiente día ni me hicieron limpieza y que no sabían por qué ni toallas limpias la puerta no cerraba y la chapa se descinfiguraba y cada vez que salía tenía que ir a recepción por una llave las Ford de expedía son de la recepción que está remodelada pero muy muy vieja la pruebas y sucia"

"Easy parking, decent location, clean room. Safe. Staff were super friendly. Elevator didn't always work and the smoke alarm kept going off at night in our room even though maintenance had come twice to change battery but overall a good stay. Can't find anywhere in the city cheap like that with free parking"
