"Check in time is 4:00 p.m. We arrived at 5:20 and were told our room was not ready. We were given a card to come back and oick up our room keys, which was after 7:00 p.m. that evening. Check in was NOT great!"

"Room was overall clean enough for a germaphobe like me. Bed and pillows comfortable but my husband said the bed was too firm for him. The duvet needs to be changed out. They use two bed sheets to sandwich the duvet instead of a duvet cover so easy to see how old the duvet is and all the stains. Was crowded during the July 4th weekend. Pool was packed with kids. Pool is also small for this size hotel. I liked that the hotel is on the waterfront thus making it an ideal location to see...

"To be honest, we weren't sure about the quality when we first arrived. GPS took us to the hotel through a sketchy area, but we decided to give the hotel a try. It is certainly a budget hotel with no frills, but if you are primarily interested in a place to sleep with a very clean and updated bathroom it is a very good value. We also felt very safe there."
