Second day came around I called front desk at 12 noon to get housekeeping to change sheets and clean towels. Mind you there’s a sign on the wall by the sink that states they do that daily but either way I called and requested, we got back to our room at 8pm and nothing was done. "I’m not even sure where to start, but I guess from the beginning. We came here for my wife's birthday, it's literally all she wanted. We have also never been here before. So we arrive to valet from Orange ave and find out that it is not the valet for the front of the hotel ,no big. deal. They still took our car, but they did not tell us we could go up the stairs to walk through the courtyard to arrive at the reception area and check in. They also did not give us any assistance with our bags. Not...

"Hotel is poorly Maintained. Killed 4 roaches. They service by making bed daily but never picked up the pile of roaches that we continued to kill them in the corner"

"The property was not worth the amount that we were charged based on how clean and undated other properties. I will not be starting there again"
