"I did not like the rooms every thing is very old. The bed is not good, the towels are very small and thin. We got there at night there were homeless in property they look like they where selling drugs. Some people act like they live there it was weird. I will never stay there again."

"We liked the beach view a lot. What we weren't happy about was the fact that the staff were not upfront in telling us that they assigned us to a room with stairs. All they asked was if any in our party has a disability. They wish they were more upfront in asking how do we feel about being assigned to an upstairs room with no elevator. Honesty plays a big role in customer service. So we declined the upstairs room because of my son's preference. He liked the previous rooms that we had before where...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. You could tell the hotel is older but it was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The pool area was big and spacious and the happy hour rates were very affordable. We will definitely be staying again."

"Found a roach in our room by the middle table. Called the front desk and sent someone to spray the walls and said call me if you see it again since the roach came out when we turned on the lights and went and hid behind the middle table. We were unable to sleep comfortably thinking the roach was going to crawl up the or even worse in our luggage. Slept with the lights on. I wish they could have at least moved us to another room. "The room was pretty basic. It had your basic amenities. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Air Conditioner worked well. Parking was available though I don't know that it was worth $20/day. I think if you're a guest, it should already be included to make up for basic-ness of the room. Mini-fridge was pretty shallow. Bathroom light made this really annoying buzzing noise. Toilet needs to be reinstalled/reinforced - kept hitting the wall everytime someone got up from it. Again... just...
