"Overall good place. Came on the weekend so it was busy with comic con and other and events. Parking on the premise for $50 a day on the weekend was hard to deal with but overall good experience.***"

"Some negatives we found were the pullout sofa bed cover was dirty with hair all over it. Also, bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little more thoroughly for our preference."

"What I like was when we checked in the staff was good. The room was okay, needed to be cleaned better . The toilet kept running . What I did not like was the restaurant. There was only one person and he was rude. The sodas were flat and tasted like water, they did not have condiments. So we decided to take our food to the room. Ordered the burger and it had bacon on it ( did not ask for it I don’t eat pork) Check out was easy."

"Stayed on a weekday in summer and it was pretty packed. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. There is a breakfast room with free coffee and creamer and vending machines if you’re hungry. Pool area was ok but lots of families with little kids using it (I know, what do you expect?!?) and the water was cloudy. Lots of chaise lounges and a few outdoor seating areas. Wi-Fi seems to have been maxed out in the evenings."

"We booked two rooms and they smelled really bad like mildew. We ended up moving rooms and it also smelled just not as bad. We ended up not using one room because they put us two buildings apart and we couldn't be that far away from eachother for medical reasons so we wasted the price of one room. I recommend finding another hotel."

"The bathroom was very dirty, my 12 years old daughter didn’t even wanna have a shower in the bathroom. The basement/first floor rooms in Bay. Tower are terrible very old furnishing and the room smells terrible. The room advertising shows there should be a pull-up so far bad, however, it was not the case and we have two staying in a room with two double beds very small and uncomfortable for my kids. They also charge resource fee, which I was never told when I check in. It’s $44 per room per day...
