"Family friendly"

"The best part of the whole trip was the hot tub and pool. We paid extra for a room with a stove so we wouldn’t have to go out to eat the whole time and got a room that did not have one in it. The bathroom was really small and the water pressure was almost nothing. It was good for a place to sleep and the location wasn’t bad either."

"This hotel is showing its age and smelled "musty." It clearly used to be very nice but is showing the signs of it being a while since it was built. Overall, a decent place to stay at a reasonable price point. The airport shuttle is a great amenity and the onsite restaurants were very good."

For the price, you can stay elsewhere that would feel much more in-line with what this resort charges while getting the experience of said prices. "My stay at Best Western Seven Seas in San Diego was average overall. The location is a big plus, as it is close to major attractions like SeaWorld, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room felt congested, the pillows were not very comfortable, and the bathroom door was not locking properly, which was concerning. With some attention to these issues, the guest experience could be much better"

"It’s completely open to the public. We were excited to use the pool however it was packed with non-guest. There was no towels, anywhere to lounge and it took a long time to get the servers attention for food/drinks. We wanted to get a late night bite and were told there’s no room service, only the 24/7 dinner. We walked down to the dinner and were told there was a 45min wait.
