"It’s older feeling. Our room smelled kind of like an old musty smell but it was decently clean and quite large. Bathroom felt newer. Only thing was the nice big couch faced the same direction as the tv so you couldn’t sit in the couch to watch tv so that living area didn’t get used as we always had to sit on the bed is watching tv."

"Try to stay on rooms close to the pool. If you’re a men staying solo they’ll put you at far end rooms in the 400s number. Those rooms are the worst. Can’t believe best western is lending their brand name to such hotels."

"The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. "When I booked the hotel thru expedia it did not state the there was no elevators and when I got there they were going to put my husband who is disabled and I on the second floor. When I voiced my concerns the staff right away acomidated us to the bottom floor. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you"
