"The room had a smell like sewage water, the tv only had 25 channels to choose from, no apps, no streaming, the room felt humid and the south padre location required you to keep the temperature from 69-72 or you’ll be charged. The drinks were watered down at land-shark and the pool area. The food is lightly seasoned. The beach was nice and the pool seemed to be relaxing. The staff was friendly. Overall I will not be back it was not worth it. "

"Todo excelente aunque nos tocó clima un poco frío y no pudimos aprovechar del todo la alberca. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien aunque no alcanzamos hot cakes para nuestros niños pero solo habia 2 personas y no se daban abasto para poner alimentos que se iban terminando, ojalá tuvieran mas ayuda en eso."

"Wonderful historic building with modern updates where it matters. Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out. Street level access as well as a lower level walk out to the River Walk. We had a King Suite and it was spacious, comfy and quiet (except when the Spurs won and all the cars were honking - LOL). Good food and drinks. I highly recommend and would stay here again. "

"I am disappointed that the property wouldn’t refund 1 night stay after our flight got delayed. The hotel wasn’t fully booked. The property is a little off the beaten path from the riverwalk, but just a short walk away. I would not recommend the restaurant that is attached. "
