"Front desk staff was great! We realized towards the evening we forgot a couple toiletries, it took one phone call to the front desk and upon our arrival they had everything we needed upfront waiting for us without hesitation. Check in and valet was quick and efficient. Room was neat and clean. 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Las instalaciones se encontraron en buen estado, en cuanto a los servicios que presta el hotel, no estaba en funcionamiento la secadora, debido a que le habian atorado unas monedas, en ese momento no me pudieron solucionar el secado de mis prendas, quise colgarlas en un lugar adecuado y no se me permitio y aún asi me llamaron la atención y a final de cuentas me lleve en camino mis prendas MOJADAS."

"The rooms were horrible. Yes I said rooms. We were moved to three different rooms in 2 days. One room flooded. Another room was filthy and the third room had an air conditioner that sounded like a diesel truck. The maintenance man came to work on the A/C and had no tools with him. He knocked it around for a little while and said it was fixed. It wasn't. Don't waste your money at this place."

"Not what I expected for the price point. I expected the rooms to be bigger. We stayed in a double queen and there was minimal wall space from the edge of the bed to the TV on the other wall. I should have done more research but there’s no places to eat on site. There is a coffee truck that comes in the mornings. The pool was great. Staff was nice but seemed over burdened when I asked them if I could pay for early check in. I ended up checking in at 4pm due to the response I received like it was...
