"The Pillars is a true diamond boutique hotel tucked in the middle of high rise condos and hotels. It sits right on the intercoastal waterway, with the beach across the street. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. If your idea of a vacation is a scenic, quiet, and safe place to stay look no further! "My wife and I stayed at this Ritz-Carlton for our first trip to Florida. To say it was outstanding is an understatement. The hotel, staff, room, service, and included/surrounding amenities are excellent. The ONLY small thing we wish would be changed for future guests and stayers would be to extend the outdoor pool hours a little longer (but they are open very early which was a bonus). "

"This is my second time staying here! (My first review should be up here as well) this time I stayed in the standard room because I wanted to see what was the difference! Both rooms are the same except the upgraded rooms have vanity mirrors with 3 different lightings! (Full & bathroom) Good for the girls who love a good picture and a good look while doing their makeup! And the interior is updated Other than that there’s really no difference in rooms as far as space goes. That part of it is exactly the same. (1bed) The receptionist both times were very helpful, welcoming & professional going above and beyond. From the time you book the reservation you will receive a text message asking for your arrival time so that they can work something out if you get there before the office opens! And they will show you what to do if you leave when the office is closed! This location is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach!!! Lots of restaurants along the beach to choose from ! LOVE LOVE LOVE it & I’ll continue to stay here everytime I visit !! "
