"Everything is great in our stay!!! "

"Location is a 12 out of 10! In the heart of Times Square/Theater District area. The service from concierge, to front desk, to housekeeping was fantastic. We were there during the NYC snow storm and they had a room ready for us at noon instead of their usual check in time of 3 pm, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and clean! CVS pharmacy is right next door in case any snacks/essentials are needed. We will come back and stay here again! The only negative for a luxury hotel is that they don’t have a coffee maker in the room - it wasn’t a big deal as they have a cafe in main lobby where you can purchase coffee but a coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition. "

"All categories were excellent. Room: Quiet, was the most notable. The HVAC system was super silent. No neighbor noise. Minimal hallway sounds. The room fixtures were like new. The room was clean. The view was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good. We didn't gamble much. We won on sports, lost on roulette. Brad Garrett was not our type of comedy. David Copperfield was amazing."
