"Great Stay. We really enjoyed it."

"Lots of mishaps on our reservation. Lots of confusion. Long long lines. The staff was pretty rude and unhelpful except for Jennifer who saved the day! She was amazing. The beds were pretty good.. some pillows were rock hard though Rooms are good sized and bathrooms are not bad. My room had a great view The alarm went off when I was there and I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. When Ifinally got out I took the stairs because I didn't want to get back in the elevator. In the stairwell there was used condoms, meth foils, urine, feces, and a lot of other disturbing items. I didn't like how a key isn't required to get into elevator lobbies or to use elevator. It made me feel a bit unsafe. The pool was ok, but you can't bring anything in and the food and drinks are really expensive. However they do have free cups you can fill with water. The casino and restaurants were not bad. I guess my stay was pretty good overall besides all the issues.. but I probably wouldn't stay there again. ."

"Here’s a strong but professional Expedia review you can post: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was beyond disappointing. We booked this resort for a special mommy-daughter vacation and experienced issue after issue from the moment we arrived. Several advertised amenities were closed, including major water attractions we specifically booked for. Communication about these closures was extremely poor. Staff claimed guests were notified in advance, yet multiple families we spoke with said they had no idea either. Our room had multiple maintenance issues including a cracked bathtub, paint/chipping inside the tub, dryer problems, and plumbing disruptions during overnight hours. We also experienced delayed maintenance responses and inconsistent customer service throughout the stay. To make matters worse, accessibility requests for my mother in a wheelchair were not accommodated despite being communicated ahead of time. For the amount of money this resort charges, the lack of accountability, communication, and overall guest care was unacceptable. While Florida itself was beautiful and we made the best memories possible, the resort experience did not match the luxury pricing or expectations at all."

"The room was clean but the body wash had been ripped off the wall. Other wise as a last minute stay it was fine. Try using the kiosk so you don’t have to wait in the long line to check in or out. If you need gluten free options this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for reasonably priced food again not the place. This might be the norm since this is my first time visiting Las Vegas. As a plus they do offer Kimbo coffee which is the best coffee in my opinion."

"Quick and efficient check-in, friendly staff, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit strange, almost as though you were in a closet with tile.. the toilet, sink and shower were all on different rooms.. very weird! But, it was only for a single night. "

"Check in through digital kiosk and QR code to assign yourself room keys was new to me, not as fun as chatting with staff upon check in but efficient. Always come to the Excalibur for the charm of the castle. Still missing the dragon."
