"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The room was beautiful, the property was well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our only disappointment was the check-in experience when we arrived a little early. We understood that check-in was not available until 3:00 p.m., but some of our questions about the property and room requests were met with very brief responses. We were hoping for a bit more hospitality and information about the amenities...

"Beautiful exterior and nice amenities. Very friendly staff and we enjoyed having some beers in their bar. The room itself felt like going back in time to the 90s and could use updating. But, we really enjoyed our time and will be returning."

"They gave me a dirty room at first I told them about it and they changed it. The room they changed me to had a tick in it that bit me. Thankfully I didn't get anything from the bite. Was told they were going to fill up the pool but didn't till the day I left, almost two weeks later. And when I left I gave my keys to the maintenance guy because there was no one at the check out desk. The maintenance guy said they wouldn't be there till 8am. It was 6am when I left because I had a 8+ hour trip....

"Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. "We arrived late evening and had to leave the very next morning. There was a musty smell emanating as soon as the door was opened, the door lock was broken and so could not be locked from inside, the bathroom hand wash basin was clogged, the kitchen faucet was faulty, splashing water everywhere. Communication was poor especially after 4pm when the managers are gone. The security guard was very helpful but was limited in what she could do to remedy the situation. Overall the resort looks...

"The apartment is spacious, but beds are not very comfortable and sheets worn out. AC very cold during the day and at night turned hot: seems they have a timer which turns off AC in the middle of the night. That made sleeping uncomfortable."

The lady at the counter was nice when I told her. She said I should have called. No one is at the office after 7:00 pm and I didn't see a number to call."
