"The property was great! We really wnjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The front desk has trais to borrow for the beach and coolers in the rooms! I would opt for a roomaway from the pool if possible. Quiet hours are 10pm and folks get pretty loud in the evenings at the pool. "

"My family adored this resort! The room is so clean and comfortable and there are so many amenities! We made good use of the Jacuzzi tub as well as the DVD player, sofa bed and full kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, laundry room and playground. So much to do! It felt very luxurious but at a truly reasonable price. Thank you for giving my family a beautiful spring break vacation! "

"Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. "

"Everything was about as clean at I would expect from a place costing $100/night. Parking was good, the pools were nice, and beach access was decent. I had three issues though: No where in my booking did it indicate that there would be an extra charge of $25/person for a wristband to have in and out privileges. I don't think that guests should have to compensate for the staffs inability to properly monitor who is coming on and off of their property. But that extra money took away a night out to...

"The room was clean, they had all the essentials for the room, and the parking was easy to access. The activities throughout the day were great. We loved that the pool was heated because the weather got chilly. We enjoyed the music and fire pit area. The boardwalk makes it easy to access the beach. The rooftop patios are perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Ultimately one of our favorite weekend getaways."
