"Room was clean but old, furniture was old and broken. "

"Cleaning service was good though there was a mix up on the day to clean. Bar service was pretty good on drinks though we do miss glasses vs plastic especially for martini"

"Location ia excellent! Beware large school groups that may travel together as this hotel caters to that, aka there may be a wait for an elevator. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Beds very cozy. Bathrooms need a fan and some updates as there were cracks and mildew stains. Overall glad it was so close to everything you want to be at, and transportion too! With just a touch of elegance to begin and end your day, its a great choice"

"The check in it’s a bit confusing and there is no one to help out It’s getting to a point that everything it’s done by our self and we had to figure out. "

"Having activities in the hotel is definitely convenient. Access to other hotels via the tram is great. Wish there was a kettle for hot tea in the room as well as a mini fridge. Then I could have kept some of my leftover dinner for later and not stuffed my belly."
