"We stayed at this property two years ago, which is why we chose to book it again. The breakfast is excellent, but since it’s complimentary, it tends to get very crowded. The front office staff were professional and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. Parking costs $50 per day, which is understandable given that it’s a tourist area. However, one evening we had to drive all the way up and back down because no parking spots were available, which was quite disappointing. After that...

"Always a go to place for me to stay when coming home, but they must address the elevator issues as there were lines that could last up to 15-20mins for you to get on one. Escalators were down with no other options. Hoping they can resolve this, but I’ll be back because of the location."

"The cleaning staff accidentally took black headphones that were left on the bed sheets as well as mistaken a bag for trash when it had purchases such as hair clips, pins, and a Hawaii license plate in it. I was told to just file a report but nothing was done to retrieve my belongings. Hotel was. relatively close to the beach and provided beach towels to use. "

"This hotel was so great, the staff was super nice & helpful. Breakfast was good, the fact they provide towels, beach chairs and float boards was so awesome. They even kept our luggage after check out so we could enjoy our last day! It was honestly an amazing experience. Make sure you stay on Wednesday or Friday for the lei making class, these ladies are so great!"

"We booked our stay at Sheraton Princess. The staff is awesome- very friendly and amicable. The splash bar was good. Its central to the walking strip and the beach is literally 3 min away. They have acai and fresh fruit, shaved ice places within feet of the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel doesnt need a little remodeling and the rooms are not that big. But again that is pretty common in the island. Our biggest pet peeve was that in our room the air conditioning fixture was right next to...
