"This property location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach and close to dining and shopping. I got a city view room, which didn't have much of any view. Except of the construction of a building behind us, we were put on the 5th floor. The patio had planters with dead flowers. The room was spacious but had lost of wear and tear. Scuffs on the walls and the furniture was chipped and just dated. The TV was huge and the bathroom area was nice and the shower had great pressure...

"The staff at Outrigger are awesome! They are super helpful, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it felt a bit dated in our floor and within the room. We didn’t have access to the gym due to construction, so that’s a bummer for us. It’s one of the things I always look forward to having on a trip. Overall, the hotel itself was incredibly convenient and centrally located to all highlights within Waikiki. We would definitely recommend this hotel and return...

"Terrible Internet. It’s very rundown, but it was clean. Parking is $45 a day plus your room rate the food was terrible."

"My first time in Hawaii. Stayed here for the medical conference. The pools and beach access was nice. They give $50 daily credit to use on selective places. Overall, enjoyed the stay. Our room was comfortable. Staff was sociable and friendly. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. The bed did absorb a lot of body heat though. That is one thing I noticed."

"I like the fact that the beach was fairly close to the hotel. But the hotel is very noisy. The rooms are not sound proofed, like many other hotels. The traffic from the road is very loud. In addition, we heard loud music from cars and banging all night long, which appeared to be from maintenance. The mattresses are old and the beach equipment provided is very basic for the amount they charge on a daily basis for resort fees. The buffet for breakfast had minimal fruit and the food itself was not...

"Room was dirty including sheets, shower, carpet on room floor and one very dirty chair to sit on. Did not use non of their services. Two of the staff was nice the rest was not. Would not stay there ever again. Constant noise from construction all day."
