"Quick and courteous customer service even though lobby was full of customers. Adequate staff, very professional. Beautiful hotel with adequate space to park and wait while checking in. Very adequate parking lot for guests. Very clean and well stocked café for grab and go food and the breakfast they provide. Very clean room with Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which are good products. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the city of San Francisco. This day was for overnight prior to a surgical procedure at the hospital, which is a short three block walk away from the hotel. But if I was coming for a pleasure visit, I would feel very comfortable in this hotel. "

The room was a good size for me. The connection to Grand Central Station and shops was amazing. You are able to walk to everything. I love this hotel and will definitely be back!! 10/10 for me ❤️"
