Room is good , but little outdated, location proximity is biggest benefit. Directions to rooms are confusing. Parking ticket payment is biggest issue, it never works and have to pay $25 despite having parking paid through room. Feels like it’s intentional and can be made easier.

We had a wonderful time celebrating friendship for over 20 years with my bestie at the Paris Hotel. Everyone was lovely and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and excellent for the price. We also always visit Mon Ami Gabi one of our most favorite restaurants and as always they did not disappoint.

When we checked in we went and used the kiosk. Don't do that, it just takes the first available room in the category you reserve, it put us in a handicapped room, so we had to go back to the front desk, stand in line anyways to get the room changed. Victor was amazing. He hooked us up with a nice King room. The sink needed to be snaked very slow drainage but it was manageable and we reported it at check out. The bathtub we didn't use at all but it was not very clean and might have had some rust. The room was nice otherwise and clean. Older room, might need some touch up paint around the doors and baseboards but otherwise nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Smoke-free stay. Pretty quiet near rooms. Good brunch restaurants in the hotel. Right across from CVS so can purchase cheaper water, sunscreen, food, etc. Poor water pressure but that was the only con of the room. We also approved room cleanings but they didn’t come during our 3-night stay. They offer gratuity-based luggage storage.

Excellent staff and property, but one major hygiene concern We recently stayed at the property and found it to be very nice. The entire staff was incredibly professional and very attentive to our room needs—the service was truly excellent. However, I do have one complaint regarding an incident in the casino. We witnessed a guest at one of the card tables letting his dog drink water directly out of a hotel glass. This was highly unpleasant and unhygienic, considering those glasses are meant for human guests. I hope management addresses this with their floor staff to ensure health and safety standards are strictly maintained.

The Casino/Hotel is quite family friendly with many restaurants and shops. The housekeeping needs improvement as we returned from our full day Grand Canyon experience to find our towels had not been refreshed. The bathroom amenities were scarce. There was over crowding in the pool with people sitting on all the stairways and blocking handrails as half of the pool was closed for paid cabana users. No one had paid for the cabanas thus, half the pool was empty while the other half over crowded.

Stayed in the Versailles tower which has great balcony rooms. However, it is a actually in the old Horseshoe hotel. This means longer walks to use facilities, confusing room numbers that dont accurately reflect the floors, and no room service. Housekeeping was good, beds were comfortable, and views stunning. A second chair would be nice and a refrigerator. They did bring a fridge upon request.
