The whole stay was amazing. Shirley at the front desk was so nice and Tayo at the concierge desk was very helpful. Excellent staff and great customer service.
Check in was terrible, waited about an hour to be able to check in..extremely full of people trying to check in..there’s gotta be a better way to check in. Overall everything was good they keep rooms really clean..so much for kids to do, my kids just wanted to stay in the hotel to have fun..
The hotel was great and fun, my room bathroom seemed a little gross in the shower area. I showered quick with my eyes closed. And we were told about the $150 we had to pay at check in for the extra fees or whatever but then when I showed up, it was an ADDITIONAL $200 hold for the room while I was ...
I thought the staff were very kind and it was nice to get an upgraded room and a complimentary bottle of champagne, when checking in. We had gotten a rare few days away from our five children and it was a nice surprise.
We got to check in when we arrived at 10am. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable
Stayed on the 27th executive room facing the strip. Very nicely updated room. Nice shower n bathroom. Love the flamingo pool. Great location with the Promenade right there.
