Not the hotels fault and they did seem to have a procedure to deal with it. Check-In was easy as was check-out. Breakfast was good but the same every day during our stay Mon-Sat. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly."

"Clean rooms and nice hotel for the cost.its in a good location if you want to be on the main beach area and enjoy the bars and nightlife. If you want to stay in and just relax, the hotel is quiet and the pools were good. It wasn't crowded when we stayed."

No breakfast is included in the reservation you need to paid separately even for the parking. if you have to stay there make sure you take a room in the third floor if not you'll have the night of your life listening to everything that goes on above you (every little thing)."

"My husband an I found the rooms to be very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the in room coffee maker with coffee pods were a great touch. The hair dryer and iron and ironing board a welcome touch. But the single best thing about this hotel was the staff who were professional, friendly and went out of their way to provide top-notch service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Stayed 4 nights and never cleaned the room they said they would after three nights. They came in and gave new towels, not toilet paper. Breakfast was very good with variety of cold and hot food items that changed daily. (Some were staples like waffles and cereal, but breakfast tacos were added one day and one day had eggs, biscuit and gravy etc.)"
