"The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very polite. The room was very dark. We had to call to get housekeeping. Self park was an 8 minute walk from our room including 3 elevators and an escalator. Resort fee is high. We would of liked to take the stairs to our room but it was not possible."

"This was our third time visiting here. We were given the wrong room and then told they were sold out of the correct room. This was the biggest disappointment of the trip but we made the best of it. The elevator situation at the Rainbow Tower is awful. There were almost 20 people the computer told to go to the same elevator from multiple families and multiple floors. I think some of the elevators were broken because it was a constant issue this time. I believe it is time for them to update some...

"When we went to our room it had not yet been cleaned and a housekeeping gentleman who was in the floor quickly called down and got us a new room number and took us there."
