"No suitable for kids"

"The bathroom was pretty dirty (floor, old eyelashes). For such a short trip (with a young child), the hassle of changing rooms was just not worth it. We spot cleaned what we needed to. The room was listed as "renovated," so we thought it implied "new remodeling." On the other hand, the playing atmosphere was solid, the food court had viable options, and the property has a great arcade downstairs to take children (expect to spend a bit - roughly ~$2.50 per game)."

"Great location! Subway stops on each corner, close to attractions, shopping, and food. Rooms are SMALL! This is expected for NY and an older property however the first room they put my group of 4 travelers in was not suitable. We reserved an executive room which should have been their second largest room however it seems we were given a standard room. The bed was literally at the door with barely any room to walk. Thankfully, staff at the guest were able to help us and relocate us to the appropriate room. Did the new room smell? Yes. Was the door locking questionable? Yes. However, we made the best of our trip because we were there for a good time not a long time."

My check-in rooms are difficult to find, and the designs of the rooms and locating the room is very poor and do not match what they advertise. The food is very expensive and limited. We had a problem at the Venetian restaurant with overcharges that were not charged correctly"
