"Good location, found the staff reluctantly helpful. Was in renovated Resort tower but don't think our room renovated. Room wasn't dirty but certainly wasn't super clean. Bed was comfortable. Got what I paid for"

Particularly the lie of booking an “Ocean View” room without an actual ocean view. You get a view of a bunch of ugly boats on the Marina, not the ocean. "The staff were incredible, very friendly, kind and helpful. The gazebo was nice to have as an escape from the intense sunlight but it was great to know we could go back to our room and not lose the gazebo. One disappointment was the self-check-in. Though very convenient, we wound up with a room not to our liking, per the view. The room itself was fine just the view out the window was the roof. Not fun for an anniversary weekend. "The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience."

"I was charged for parking twice even if I only stayed overnight. My understanding was that I could go in in out w/in 24hrs and only pay once. Apparently, there is an extra step to get a parking pass which was not explained by the front desk. They should have easily facilitated this. Also, my room key would not work even when when we first tried to scan it in the elevator. I was asked to line up again at the front desk to have it fixed. They should have someone that can assist in this...

"My cousins and I stayed in the renovated suite in Tower 2, and it was exceptional! Loved all the new appliances and furniture. Much better than the older rooms for sure!"
