"My first day was ruined due to being placed in a stinky room so much so that I ended up sick from the smell of smoke I arrived at 7pm. I was offered either a room change or clean and I chose the clean because the changed room would’ve been a downgrade. By 10pm no one had came to clean the room. 12am my room still wasn’t cleaned and i ultimately was moved to a downgraded room at 12:30am. Staff were extremely rude and condescending. They don’t give you info about the amenities or anything. 0/10"

"Check-in & Check-out were miserable. Long lines with 7 computer stations empty. KIOSK we’re a joke. Saw 5 other people besides me walk off disgusted. No one could direct me to my shuttle pickup location."

"Incredible vacation. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Rainbow Tower and it was spacious for our family of 4. The pools were occasionally closed which was disappointing but I think it was for maintenance. The restaurants were good but closed early along w the bars."
