"Our room didn’t get cleaned until the 3rd day and we were there for 5 besides that, the hotel was amazing, staff was friendly, and helpful location was top tier."

"Good for couple. This is the hotel where all our activities/tours i booked picked us up and dropped us off. One star less for amenities because there is no coffee/maker or microwave inside the room and i crave for coffee anytime of the night. There is a starbucks, crispy creme, breakfast buffet & other stores within the hotel but they close at night. "

"Pool closes at 5 PM. You are not allowed to bring anything into the pool, including your own water. Check in took 2 hours. "

"Bedsheets in district 3 were poor quality. Comforter was thin too. Requested two blankets (one for each bed) and was told they’re limiting their distribution and only gave us one. Even that was poor quality. Outside of that, we loved the location, casino, dining options, etc."
