"Was on the 16th floor in Laguna Tower, which stated upper floors were freshly renovated, didn't find that to be true with my room. Bathroom had 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel, no hand soap. I had to call house keeping, as I feel bathroom was properly stocked, no soap, lotion or anything else you expect in a bathroom. They did quickly resolve with giving more towels and 4 bars of hand soap, no other toiletries. Parking was $15 to come & go in parking deck while I was there, I think it...

"Really long lines to check in so give yourself time. They only provide shampoo so go prepared with your own hygiene kit. The shampoo dispenser was empty and took an entire day to get it refilled after 4 calls to the front desk. Plenty of parking however you will get a pretty good walk in. Really dislike the pool hours. Pool closes early which is quite disappointing. There are plenty of activities for the kids to do in the hotel, shops and amusement park. Family friendly for sure."

"We arrived early, checked in via the kiosk check in, received a code on our phone when our room was ready, and was able to get into our room earlier than expected!!! We loved everything about our stay. Thank you!"

"We tried to check in on Sunday at 4 pm and there were throngs of people waiting in line to do just that. A digital center with computers had opportunities for “self check-in” but we didn’t notice that anyone was successful doing that. We were asked if we had a QR code, but when we didn’t, were directed to a very long, airport-like line. I waited upwards of 50 mins just to check in. "Upon arrival our suite was ready and we arrived around noon. The reception was great. All of the staff said hello. Shardae at the desk was exceptional in explaining the site to us. The pool had plenty of seating. The food and drinks at the pool were so good! Great location. Take a cab also much Cheaper than Uber!!!"
