"Check in was a nightmare. Our keys did not work the next day and we were stuch in the elevator going up and down then when I qent to change the key front desk did not apologize and just told me to get news ones with an attitutwe. You need better service at the front desk. Elevators were not working at one time and I was traveling with a disabled person. Wheelchair accessibility was terrible. I would not stay again."

"Check in lines were long. Sarai(sp)was very helpful and friendly. No place to sit down by reception for people with a handicap. Our bathroom had only hot water in the bath. We were unable to shower before we left this morning. "

"Online check-in can be a bit of a hassle, but we really appreciate the staff who helped us out! Everyone at the hotel is so polite and helpful. I’d give customer service a solid 5 stars! The hotel amenities are okay, sometimes showing a bit of wear, but they’re still functional. Overall, it’s a great stay and I’d recommend it for the friendly service and reasonable price."

"While the hotel was clean it was probably one of the worst stays I have ever had. Check in was at 4 and my room was not ready until 7pm and my daughter’s room was not ready until midnight. The elevator on the wing we stayed in did not work so I had to walk 3 other wings just to get to the wing for my room. Once is did get to my room I realized there was not one wash cloth in my room. I did however receive a $50 voucher for food at an onsite restaurant but our food never came after 1hr. The...

"The decor was very beautiful along with the fountain performances. Our fountain view room made the whole experience much more memorable while the staff were always courteous and friendly. However, because it is a casino, the smell of cigarette smoke was always in the air even stepping outside the room into the guest hallways. The smell flared up my allergies even more and made my experience physically unpleasant."
