"Clean and quiet rooms. Although room looked little bit old due to look and furniture, I'm very impressed by the maintenance and thr condition of the room. Phone service was way too useless. Nobody is available...and that was the only negative."

"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"This is a beautiful and very high end property. The rooms are exquisite and there’s a lot of amenities, but it also draws a ton of tourists that aren’t staying in the hotel and makes it very difficult to move throughout the property as people come to see the gardens inside. This is my first time staying at The Bellagio and although it was 10 out of 10, I would probably not stay there again due to the very very high traffic that moves through the lobbies casinos and throughout the entire property...
