"It’s an OK place to stay. There was no mini fridge in the room to keep anything cold. I expected the pool hours to be open longer than 6 pm. Also, it would be nice if breakfast was included."

"This is a beautiful hotel, but it could be maintained a lot nicer, and the rooms could be a lot cleaner. The bed had blood stains in the sheets. We called front desk to get something to boil, hot water because it did not have anything in there not even a coffee maker that is very rare even the cheapest hotels have a coffee maker in the room and when we called to ask, they said that they don’t have that so you had to go downstairs every single morning to get hot water or anything like that and...

"Not only was the hotel beautiful for the price, the amenities were outstanding. The lady who checked me in was not only very accommodating, but very helpful in giving me advice on where to eat in the hotel and extra things that I didn't even know about! Overall, a fabulous experience here!"

"I liked that the SPOT was next door . Was a great place to eat and hang out and look at the beach. Don’t like that we got the 2 hours early to check in at 2:00 and still had to wait till after 5 o’clock to get into are room . Only 1 elevator worked so there was a constant wait for it and when you did get on it was crowded. Didn’t help either that the ice machine was broken on my floor and so (I’m on vacation ) not using the stairs to go up and down to another floor to get ices like I had to ....

"Great property, if you know what to expect. Rooms(Elevate) are a bit on the smaller side, but have been updated, not luxury but given the room rates,, you really can't complain. Service at the front desk was friendly and very willing to take note of service requests, they were accommodating and quick and it was mich appreciated, especially late at night. .
