"We stayed on the property late June. Our room was not very clean and then they knocked early Friday morning to clean it (even though we had our sign on the door). When we left the room the cleaning crew were in our hallway. Advised we have left the room so they can clean. She said ok, thank you and when we returned our room was not clean. Had to end up taking 2 more towels off of a cleaning cart to have towels for the next day. Room does not stay cool. Coolest it got was 72 and that was early...

"I booked the Colosseum Strip view room, but when i check-in they gave me the room in the Palace Tower. It supports to be in the Colosseum Tower. I was realized it when i got into the room because the furnitures, bed were totally difference with the picture in the ad when i booked. We did not like the furnishes and the view was terrible looking out the window seeing cars parking on the structure. Since i was hurry for an appointment and stay only one night i did not asking why the next morning....
