"To quote my husband, "this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had". They were undergoing renovations which always makes things hard and chaotic, and staff did try to be helpful and patient. The elevators broke down during our check in and, after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help (many staff walked by and saw the crowd of people waiting at the elevator, and who knows if any of them reported it to someone), one of the patrons waiting in line finally went and got help.
