"I love this property. The rooms are nice and spacious and the view is spectacular. It has direct access to the boardwalk, which is convenient. Not a lot of restaurant choices, but the ability walk the boardwalk makes up for that. A nice place to chill and relax."

"Housekeeping staff were very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in a resort tower renovated room and were very happy, there was a fridge which was helpful on the hot days to have cold bottled water. Lighting could be improved in the rooms as they were pretty low lit. The pool was alot of fun but drinks were incredibly expensive. "The room was lovely and clean. However, the staff was very difficult. There was construction on our building (on the roof right above us) and it took an entire day of being sent from one department to another to get any one to help us with the constant noise. When we finally got to speak to a manager, he was rude, dishonest about trying to contact us, and ultimately hung up on us. We had to get Expedia involved to get the situation handled. "Great Stay just they need to be transparent about the fees. There is a 12% fee that is charged against the room rate daily. It was a surprise at checkout but all the hotels in Niagara now do this. By far, the best hotel in Niagara. The staff can be more welcoming in their smiles and greetings but other than that - service was great and place was awesome.
