"No. Internet was crappy and had to use our own hotspot. Shower still had hair in the tub. A dirty sock was found by the corner seat. We had no iron with our ironing board and had to call room service twice and wait 20 minutes. "

"The facility itself needs much improvement, check in wasn’t easy, and not enough help. Although, some spots are great, the food court and play area for the children are fantastic, however, the rooms are not so great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Excellent location, affordable compared to other hotels nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room does not provide kettle but there is a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel. There are also basic bathroom amenities as well. Overall, great value for money. "

"The big pool was closed in February, was told there were not enough guests booked to keep it open. Scratches on foors and other signs of poor maintenence. "

"Our room was probably the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent view of the fountains, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Cosmopolitan will definitely be our new go to from now on. "
