"Everything was perfect"

"In the whole hotel including checkin area, there was no place and arrangements to sit and relax, while you wait for check in. Normally check in time is 3 in most hotels and here it was 4 pm. Our flight landed 11:30. And even after 1 pm lunch we had to wait long to checkin. The elevators were too slow increased waiting time. Rooms had no amenities other than bath tub, safe and fridge, missing coffee maker or tea kettle. The beds in room were comfortable and bathroom was spacious and remodeled. Room cleaning service was good. "

"The parking is a nightmare, there is no signage telling you how to work the parking garage if you are staying there we ended up getting charged every day for parking plus got charged for it on our room we paid three times as much for parking as we did for the room and we could not find anyone to help us get those charges reversed it's a nightmare. Plus signage in the property is very bad doesn't give you directions. Not thought out. And oh my God what is that smell that you have to go pass to get in the door to the casino from the parking garage it's like raw open sewage it is so bad! Our first night we were on the 4th floor apparently on the back side of the elevators which was incredibly noisy all night long the elevator going up and down. The second night we were in a different room on the 4th floor it did not have a refrigerator and the air conditioner wouldn't get cold. "

"We unfortunately did not use the arcade for the family, but we absolutely loved the central location on the strip. We walked for hours up and down the strip every day that we were here! Our room was huge, beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom needed attention, the vanity was pretty beat up and the wallpaper was pealing BUT it was clean! "
