"Restaurants on sight offer something for every palate. The heated indoor - outdoor pool and hot tub are checked routinely for water quality and are wonderful to enjoy. The rooms have very good views. The casino felt safe and the on sight concert hall meets the standards of the well known NY concert halls. There is a large green space with warm fire containers to walk and sit by and do not forget to look for the indoor tropical aquarium to relax by and sip a cup of your favorite drink ."

"No option for less than 1 star so giving 1 star. 1. Not easy to navigate to room, staff needs to provide paper with map. 2. Dirty and smelly rooms, can’t breath, dirty black carpet, dusty furniture, very noisy air conditioner. 3. Luggage staff asking for money to do his duty. Early morning check out was miserable, morning guy was arrogant to answer. 4. Drunk people and homeless people are frequently spotted in corners and elevators, not safe. Do not ever think to go with kids."

"The hotel was overcrowded throughout our stay — the beach, pools, and even elevators were constantly packed. Food options both inside the hotel and nearby were also quite limited. Another downside was the lack of a proper enclosed lobby or quiet indoor space where guests could take calls or handle urgent work-related matters. "Our TV didn’t work, we did get another room and then our coffee maker didn’t work. Popcorn and plastic wraps on the floor in the room :("

"The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean but the front desk experience was horrible. The gentleman that checked us in was very short when asked a question he didn’t provide any information on the WiFi or on any amenities within the property - even how to get to our tower - he said “make a left when you reach the David statue and then another left” we did that and ended up on the other side from where our tower was. We were very disappointed with that interaction"

"Very bad construction… Asked down stairs they said there would be no more construction but again the next morning hearing screw guns and banging.. Very bad stay and I come down a lot to the Vegas convention center.. let people know you are doing construction don’t lie and say u are not. "
