"Love the hotel"

"Very expensive for food and drinks. Room was large and roomy, clean and well kept as we're the corridors and casino. Lift lobby was a little tired. One pool was being renovated but we could use the pool at Mandalay Bay for free which we did. Free monorail to Excalibur was a bonus too. Although the package for the hotel was a great price, food, drinks and resort tax bumped up the holiday cost"

"We checked in and the room was supposed ti be renovated and it wasn’t. There was food let in the refrigerator from previous guests and hair all over the bathroom. I went to the front desk about the issue at 6pm after check in at 5pm and housekeeping didn’t show up until midnight."

"I did express check-in and check-out, so I did not have any interactions with the Front Desk staff. I did have a man cleaning windows walk me all the way to the Uber pick-up location after asking him where it was. I appreciated it so much, considering I probably never would have found it on my own. "verall, we had a really great experience. The room attendants were friendly and always greeted us with “Aloha” or “Good morning” whenever they saw us, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was cleaned daily and was always well maintained. The beach was beautiful and enjoyable, but I recommend bringing aqua shoes since there are small rocks along the shoreline that can be uncomfortable to walk on.."
