"Had to call three times because the room was not clean at all went and spoke to a manager. She sent someone back to clean the room when we got back the room was still dirty so during checkout, I spoke to Adriana, who sent me to Hama to have him put $75 on my card at Cesar when we get there it wasn’t there. I find that to be very, very bad customer service. The absolute worst experience of my life."

"My experience this vacation was disappointing. My room was a suite and the cleaning from housekeeping was mediocre. The check in/check out services were long and time consuming. The app was down and the kiosk was not working. The housekeeping staff took 15 minutes to get to the phone to answer a request to replace the conditioner. My experience this time was not as outstanding as previous visits."

"I only stay at Caesar's whn in Las Vegas. Staff is exceptional, rooms are always great, clean and very spacious. The gym is very large with up to date equipment. So many great shops and restaurants on property. I honestly can't see myself ever staying anywhere else AAA+++"
