"It’s 2026 — why is a room this expensive and still doesn’t include something as simple as a microwave? Customers coming in from gambling can’t even heat up their food, which is really inconvenient and disappointing. Also, why is maintenance allowed to enter rooms when guests are not there, or worse, without guests even being aware that someone entered? That’s exactly how personal belongings go missing unexpectedly. This situation is very concerning and unacceptable."

"Right when we checked into our room we found hair in the comforter and bathroom floor. We called down for someone to please come up and sweep the bathroom and vacuum the carpet. They agreed but no one ever came."

"I booked a renovated king room two months in advance, but when I arrived, The STRAT gave me a non-renovated room with two queen beds. When I brought it up, the front desk dismissed my concern and said I booked the room, not the bed type or room. I ended up having to find another hotel at the last minute. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service."

"The room was great, it was actually much better than I expected. What needs improvement is check in process as that was a hot mess. I ended up just downloading the app so I could avoid the crazy line which did help. The room we booked was big and had a "living space" and a seperate bedroom/bathroom. It even had a powder room which was amazing. Now the bad, what expedia doesnt tell you or maybe its in fine print is you will be charged another $60ish dollars for their "Resort Fee" once you check...
