"The hotel was great, but the food options were lacking and expensive. On Wednesday, nearly every restaurant in the hotel -- aside from the food court -- were closed. We ended up needing to go to the Luxor to get food. On Thursday, we ate at the Tap Sports Bar, and while the staff was great, paying $20+ for what is basically a frozen pizza was not enjoyable. The staff was great, though, and the beer was cold. But $100 after tip for a frozen pizza, a 32 oz beer and two tequilas is absurd."

"We had an unfortunate event when we arrived the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and we had to call reception and get them to clean again and even after that there were still hair on the floor from the previous owners which made us doubt the overall cleanliness of the facility ."

I’m always nervous bringing kids to a casino heavy place, but the pool in oceans was great for them and a lot of things were separate from the casino so it was fine. The outside area was our favorite part of the stay. They have all fire pits to keep you warm on chilly nights and delicious snacks if you don’t have anything planned for the night and want to just hang. "Stayed here for EDC and I got a higher floor at check in which turned out great. The room was clean and well appointed with a nice bathtub for post-festival recovery. The temperature control worked well and was responsive to changes. No issues with housekeeping during the festival although, as usual, my room only got serviced once because I was sleeping during their normal working hours. One downside is the noise from the beach club which can be intrusive during the daytime when you are sleeping...

The room came with a fridge which was nice since our last hotel charged us extra just to have a fridge in our room. Our phone wasn’t working the whole time which was kind of frustrating cause we couldn’t get a hold of the front desk.
