"Resort fees and $50 deposit wasn't projected from the start. So basically $100 more a night over what they show"

"Very expensive for food and drinks. Room was large and roomy, clean and well kept as we're the corridors and casino. Lift lobby was a little tired. One pool was being renovated but we could use the pool at Mandalay Bay for free which we did. Free monorail to Excalibur was a bonus too. Although the package for the hotel was a great price, food, drinks and resort tax bumped up the holiday cost"

"The carpet near the window was wet from a water leak, which caused a mildew smell. When we contacted the lobby for the inconvenience, they said they will allow a later checkout. The following day that information was not communicated to the rest of the staff which caused constant knocking on the door so we could not rest."

"Luxury stay, we stayed 3 nights and opted for fountain view, you can’t miss that view, staff was very nice, rooms were clean, pool side were fantastic, overall experience A class. We loved our stay and highly recommend."

"verall, we had a really great experience. The room attendants were friendly and always greeted us with “Aloha” or “Good morning” whenever they saw us, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was cleaned daily and was always well maintained. The beach was beautiful and enjoyable, but I recommend bringing aqua shoes since there are small rocks along the shoreline that can be uncomfortable to walk on.."

"We were put in the oldest tower. Several of the elevators didn’t work and we ended up getting stuck in one with 12 other people for a few minutes. When it let us out after pushing the emergency button we had to walk the remaining 5 flights. I complained and the hotel only refunded half of the resort fee. The property needs some serious updating."
