"Meals were delicious. Staff never went out of your way to help, not many smiles. Pool area gets very crowded so during the summer its a marathon to get a chair. No complimentary water at the pool. Maid service was bare minimum (they skipped a day and left coffee stainson the counters), also no cups in the room at all. The casino was beautiful and clean"

"The Bellagio was very crowded and the smokiest of all the hotels we visited. There are no restaurants open after 10pm. We came Back from a show and were hungry but no options. Surprising given how busy it was. The pool area had the smallest umbrellas basically proving no shade in the extreme summer heat. The rooms are warm and you cannot set the room temperature cooler. The bed and pillows were awful…hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay here again!"
