"When I checked in, my family and i went straight to my room, turned the lights and noticed some lights weren't working. Tried calling front desk, no answer. So we decided to take all our belongings and head back to front desk. That was about 20-30mins, got to the line for front desk/guest services and it was long. I stood in the line wasn't moving..had already stood in line for 25-30mins, asked my husband to come (who was with my kids), asked him if he could ask an associate in the Diamond...

The snack bar in the room charges the room if any of the items are moved off an invisible sensor, and it doesn’t matter if it were an accident, or whatever, so people need to be very careful around it. "The room was a lot older than advertised. It was clean and well kept but the hotel in general was older than advertised. Everyone was nice and helpful my family had a great time and we’d recommend it to others."
