"The room had thick dirt on the windowsills and a green substance that may have been silly string ground into the carpet. The water at the pool had a weird film and the daybed rentals were very stained and dirty. With the high winds at the pool area the bars for the daybed curtains would not stay and caused an injury. The morning we checked out we had to carry our luggage down more than13 flights of stairs to an alley because the elevators for the tower were shut down and we were unsuccessful in...

"The rooms are like a condominium, spacious, very well stocked with full kitchen dishes, pots, pans for cooking. Microwave, washer&dryer, dishwasher etc. The property is very clean. Multiple pools. Activity Calendar. Gated, must have gate key for entry. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Staff was great! Very helpful and very friendly. The room was small but nice and perfect for 2 for a short stay. The hotel does have a horrible smell mainly near the parking garage / elevators nearby. The smell unfortunately lingers up to the hallways, the room thankfully didn’t smell bad. Overall the hotel was great! "

"Paid fee of $20 for early check in, when I got to the room really dirty, wasnt even sweeped. I mean you get what you pay for but even lowest motels will at least be swept. Im sure if they hire more staff it would be much better just shows poor management!"

"Despite being marketed as a recently renovated room, it was filthy with tons of maintenance needs. There was a beachball-sized bubble in the ceiling from water damage, broken and unusable drawers, visible dust everywhere, trash on the floor and furniture from prior guests, black discoloration on the whole tub, dirty windows/glass, missing grout and caulk in the bathroom, and more. "

"This was a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. There were lots of stores to shop right on the premises. Being oceanfront made it nice for great views and pics. The entertainment was nice and the onsite restaurants were very nice as well. "

"The room was clean and big, the hotel looks very extravagant, but everything is so expensive. Everybody has to pay over $60 for WiFi regardless you need it or not, on top of the price of the room. I was afraid to touch anything, not even a tissue because I was afraid I would be charged. Needless to say I didn’t have breakfast there. The toilet room had no garbage can. Why? It was hard to find front desk or our room or the parking garage without going through the labyrinth of gambling stations...
