"The place looks pretty from the outside but inside the whole floor is carpet don't take your children because the smell of cigars sticked if you want there's an arcade downstairs. As for the cleaning service, it's horrible, I called many time during the morning afternoon and nighttime and only once they answered, but they never came into the room. The room we stayed at was small and many outlets didn't work, I'd leave it charging and my phone wouldn't have battery."

"The location of the hotel is great and this is where the positives end. The pool never has any free sun loungers no matter what time you go there. This is due to the pool being open to the public. If you get a sun lounger the pool is great as it is basically a free day club hence the scarcity of sun loungers which are all taken up by the public. The hotel needs to provide priority to hotel guests. Don’t expect a happy, helpful face at check in as the staff all look like they hate their jobs....

"This is a great option for families or a longer stay. With a full kitchen, living room area and balcony there is plenty of space to make it feel like home. There is plenty to do on site, however keep in mind that it’s all at additional fees (mini golf, arcade, etc). The complex is huge, so much that they have a complementary shuttle to take you from one building or pool to the other, it looks and feels like a huge apartment complex rather than hotel. To that point, they do some sort of timeshare...
