"The villa and property were amazing. Not what I expected for my family of 5. Even though the jacuzzi didn’t work in the room, the other amenities made up for it. The location was accessible to restaurants and convenient stores. They also provided shuttles throughout the grounds. The only downfall was feeling obligated to attend a presentation for a timeshare. Chloe at the Guest Service desk was very accommodating, welcoming and helpful."
