"Rooms are decent and clean and could do better if a small refrigerator, coffee brewing machine, USB charging ports are available. A good amenity is that the car parking was valid till 11:59 PM on day of checkout. We used the Zoox ride share service a number of times - the service is still in free trials and Excalibur has a pickup/drop-off point for this ride share. Am inclined to stay at the hotel again as a second preference."

"Took 2 hours to check in one for the kiosk and another one for customer service to help with the same thing kiosk couldn’t not enough people helping and customer service sees how how the line and they take there time don’t know if I’d go back a third time it was worst this time one pool area open everyone bunched up not really comfortable"

We had a nice room with a good view of the horseshoe falls and only catch a sliver of the USA falls. Next, parking is expensive. Do yourself a favor and check out the casino lot.
