Room was dusty and no shampoo in shower For three days I called for shampoo and unfortunately I checked out and shampoo never arrived. "It’s the epitome of budget friendly. They have tiers where you pay more for refrigerators and coffee makers. We paid for that room and since we have dogs they put us on the 6th floor with all the other guests with pets. These rooms don’t include refrigerators unless you request it. TV didn’t work so we had to get that fixed. No streaming available. Loud during the day but surprisingly quiet enough to sleep. Plus for having laminate flooring but it’s very dirty. "I have been staying at The Venetian for years. Love their rooms, love their friendly staff, love a lot about this particular resort. This last visit was a bit of a miss for me. Though they gave us a great pool side room on a high floor, the noise and music from the pool below was so loud, it shook the entire room and there was no chance for napping, even though we arrived after an 8 hour trek to get to Vegas. "They don’t offer early checkin without a fee as well as late check out has a fee attached!! The Bell Hop and early checkin staff are working with each other because if you “tip” you can check in early!! We have to go to the desk for everything and has to move rooms several times due to AC issues!! Each time we had to go to the desk and bring all of our belongings, instead of then meeting us at the room. Minimal attractions and the area around it is SKETCH!!! "Jacuzzi tub had cracked and peeling liner and looked liked someone had shaved there legs and left the residue behind. Bathroom sink had a loose hot water handle and a clogged drain also. After we got home 3 of us got sick too. Room 2024 South tower!!"
