The bathroom shower was clean and well stocked with plentiful towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash And the bed was clean and luxurious with plenty of comfy pillows."

"The room had no refrigerator though there was a place for one. Being 108 degrees, having a place to put things to keep cold would be nice. The air conditioner was so noisy it kept me awake at night. The room was horribly dark even with the drapes open since there was a wall right outside the window."

"The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all. Best part of this hotel is location since it is right...

"My wife and I got a room with a view of the falls and it was well worth. And the Jacuzzi tub was a great place to relax after a long day of site seeing. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, at a variety of cost levels. There is a casino right next door. Several wineries are a 20-30 minute drive away and Toronto is a 90 minute drive. The only down side is the cost of parking. But if you look around you can find a cheaper parking lot close by."
