"the room was not very clean. the pool here is maybe the worst i’ve experienced in vegas. how do you have 2 pools and the only chairs around the actual pool are only for rent? the only free chairs are on this large concrete pad nowhere near the pool. the spa is nice but they are way overcharging for facials. i thoroughly enjoyed my massage. i totally get charging for late check out but charging for early check in when a room is already clean and ready to go? overall this place is just okay....

"Amazing food at the resort and Tropics restaurant. Rooms were very nice and the shops were good too. I would definitely stay here again."

"The check in was late by two hours. Every time I tried to call I would either be disconnected or had to wait to get connected. Waited over an hour at front desk to ask about parking. Room ticket never worked for parking. Pool was overcrowded and at one point had 50 people to a bathtub. Just underwhelming experience. I had a conference there but I'd never stay there again."
