"Our room was clean and comfortable. The self park garage is tricky to find. I think one of the signs leading to the parking garage is missing."

"The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of charging ports for your electronics. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cafe Hollywood had big portions for reasonable prices. Played good music on casino floor, lots of servers walking around for drinks, and the over all vibe of the casino was good! The only negative I have to report is the wait time to get an elevator, especially an hour around check out. Took us 7 waits for an elevator and we got to the elevator at 10:30am. "Well maintained, super clean and comfortable rooms. Great restaurant choices. Pool looked nice but due to the dj at the smallest "party" pool, quiet time at the pool was not an option. "

"Unfortunately, I think we were put in one of the oldest rooms the worst view on the 3rd floor. We had to constantly ask for towels because housekeeping would pick up our towels but not leave new ones and we had to call maintenance when our bathroom lights stopped working twice. once in the water closet and once in the main bathroom. I booked my trip with points, so I think I was downgraded because they weren't making as much money. We traveled with two other couples who had the same bookings as...

"This place is awesome. We loved the drive up to the property and the beautiful palm trees lining the road and my granddaughters kept saying it was such a fancy place! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable too, not lumpy or too soft. Just right. The grounds are kept so clean and the pools and water park were great! Needless to say, we will be back in October when we return to Orlando."
