Showering on the last day, the hot water did not work, nor did the toilet work the night before. We called the front desk and they put me on hold over 15 minutes before I hung up to confront them face to face. They told us that a water pipe had burst but we no idea what was going on.

Worn and tired. Just needs some attention to detail. It’s a bit confusing for first timers getting around with elevators out of service. Room and bed was ok. Just had hairs in the sink making one feel like it’s not really clean. Needs a night light in bathroom because the light and fan have one switch. Meal at Diablos was good.
