"Check in is very difficult. You have to use a kiosk (that's okay), but it doesn't work well. After check in, you wait for an email to pick up a key - program it at another kiosk line. The two step process is terrible and most travelers had trouble understanding the process and using the kiosks. Read your key email closely for the color of your elevator bank or you will never find your room. Many things were broke at the property (like walkways, elevators) for the whole stay.
