"Good location close to everything "

"Initially the Hotel layout is confusing especially the elevator locations but eventually you get to find your way to different blocks. Pleasant location. Buffet breakfast was good and worth the $25, don't forget to ask for your Mickey Waffles. The pool and water park were fun but could do with more free sun loungers, typical problem of towels on loungers so get there early. Some extra non lounger seating might help. We did not get the one bed apart in the Terraces we booked but were given an adult three bedroom in Block 3 instead which was great. Free parking with our package was well worthwhile easy parking as Grove is not within walking distance of anywhere so a car is useful. Uber to parks 30 to 60 USD each way depending on party size - there were up to 9 of us in 3 different appartments two on block 1 and one in block 3."

"The check in process was bad they have the self checking machines are useless when you go try to do self check in just to be sent back to line to get checked in the agent they wait time was 40 minutes another factor is people like to chitchat instead instead of speeding the check in process that's bad"

"Good location, clean room, friendly and quick service, but environment could use a touch up. Water draining in the shower (in the tub) is very slow/bad; while washing my hair the water reached my ankles. Don’t expect the continental breakfast to be a breakfast buffet; it’s a standard prepared breakfast on a plate: fruitbowl, croissant, muffin, pecan bread, cooked egg, coffee/juice."

"Staff very nice and helpful throughout for the most part…. Don’t like that our room no refrigerator and no microwave… so may rules to actually go in pool area so we weren’t able to enjoy that area at all…. The bartenders amazing in side casino… "
