"The hotel was lovely. Great view, Great staff. The only downside was the city view room was making a knocking noise near the window continuously, other than that our stay was phenomenal."

"We loved everything about our stay. The only thing I would suggest is the air conditioner didn't get real cold at 65 degrees. Also the morning we were checking out they knocked on our door 3 times to see if we were in there. This was an hour and a half before checkout time. Other than that, we will stay there again. "

"Close to the Opry House is aGreat positive. Transportation to and from Opry House is needed or if available should be advertised. Having to walk at night , even the relatively short distance from Opry House is Not good and takes away from the convenience."

"Two night stay for a quick girl’s trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean, plenty of room. The shower was also really nice, great water pressure, roomy, and taller. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great, though at night it felt a little more sketch if walking just cause of some of the homeless that wander. No fault of the hotel. You do need your key card to get into the hotel after certain hours and to use the elevators, which we really liked. Would stay...

"We have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row. No complaints! Our family enjoys the spacious rooms and the pools. There is lots of bear activity if that is something interests you. It is far enough from the main drag in Gatlinburg to be quiet but close enough to walk to everything. Highly recommend!"
