"Rooms were clean and staff were helpful to resolve any issue. Only wish that the 24 hour indoor pool was open because that is part of the reason we decided to stay at the resort."

"A fabulous hotel!!! This is most likely the cleanest, best run hotel in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We booked a king room w/pool view, 2 nights. The room was very spacious, immaculate (like the entire hotel premises) and sound proof. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of choices including eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, OJ, cranberry and apple juice. The dining area was clean, spacious and open 6-10am....
