"The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices and a cook making omelets.Room was clean.Great location within walking distance to everything.We arrived around 11am and they let us into our room early so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around.We will stay there again next to me we come down."

"Breakfast was fantastic included in my package for 2. Everything was beautiful. 15 min from airport flat $35 fee. No need to rent car the resort is huge. Soundwaves experience a little expensive but mainly for the kids under 14. Adults must accompany kids under 16 but they dont have to pay full orice and sadly they dont tell u that either. I learned from reviews. Silent party Boat ride on premises and they give u earphones and light sticks...cheaper b4 6pm. Still I think a little pricey for a 15...

"During our stay there was a fire alarm. There was no hotel supervision. If there had been a real fire people would have gotten hurt."

"Amazing rooms you dont have to leave the resort for anything. Water park was a great time only thing i didn't like was the group of workers were doing the wave board on there break and spent awhile on it .but overall great time will definitely stay again it was cheaper to get a room and use the water park then pay gor water park passes and stay anywere else.parking was crazy but they also were packed it was about a 5 min walk from our car to main lobby to our floor "

"Carpet in the room was stained. Pool side lounge was very nice and open. The staff was exceptionally nice a helpful. Be prepared to pay around $200 for parking for a 3 day stay."

"The breakfast was awful. It took the kids so long to get pancakes the machine was so slow . No fresh fruit. No pastries. The house keepers was very loud in the mornings yelling and screaming in the hallways!! And at about 4 somebody would be delivering carts to the floors and sounds like they would be throwing them out the elevator waking us up!! Don’t go here if you want to relax !!"
